Resign

Context : Ataraxia mission gone wrong and now he was put in trial for his questionable actions.

"You! Do you knew that your doing could possibly lead you to be dismissed? Or even worse, expelled from TAPOPS?!" shout one of higher up from their seat, pointing to the only person in the center of the room, who were stunned for second.

"Sure why not?"

And that was the only respon that they received, making everyone in the room shocked, seeing that the child now smile brightly unlike before.

"Don’t try to act tough, what could possibly a mere brat like you do to living out there without your family helps? You should just reflect yourself!" The very same higher ups snorted, feeling annoyed at how the child respon so calm or, unbothered? No matter what kind pressure they tries to do at him.

Ataraxia took his time to thinking, counting what job he could take after being expelled with finger then answered,"Actually, there are probably like... Ten place that want to hire me? but i had been decline them because tapops... Or maybe i could just became a freelancer or something... If the situation is worse enough, helping Grandma Kirin running her teashop at earth isn't sound so bad."

The crowds certainly agaped, not once they could ever predict that someone that has a very powerfull power, who had been working for a long time and  especially from elemental family, could possibly have that kind of thinking, like no.. The elemental had always giving an image of a super hero, and nearly everyone, even their childern, had been trained and raised as one, to continue their legacy as hero who protect the galaxy. So... Seeing there is one person who acted like being expelled is nothing really made them baffled.

Not just the crowds of higher ups, even Ice himself never expected that answer will be come out from one of his Fusion, really, this made him feel like that  whole room has picked a wrong person to fight, Ataraxia was too casual about this whole trial thing since the very begining, as if he was just being called to counseling room at school.

Suddenly, Ice recalled what Admiral Valles said when he was informed about this trial,

*"Ataraxia got senteced? Nah.. Let him alone then, that brat going to be totally fine handling the court. Division 5 never work for laws in case you forgotten."*

Was he just being too worried then?

"Stop joking around! Don't you had a sense of justice and Loyalty to your own family? To the organization that had been dedicated to protect this galaxy?"

"Nope. I don’t." Ataraxia take a glance to Ice who sitting in crowds with a cautious eyes, before continued, "Honestly, i had been wanting to submit my own resignation letter but you see.. some people just want to keep me here."

Cue, Two person enter the room with yells before being dragged out,

"AXIA!! DON’T YOU DARE TO QUIT!"

"WE CAN'T DO THE PAPERWORKS WITHOUT YOU!!"

Ataraxia heavily sigh hearing his teammate loud sobber from the hall, "As i thought i should've been resign a long time ago."

The trial ended with no further problem, and Ataraxia didn't get an approval for his resignation.
