Not too far away where the door appeared, the smell of food hit my nostrils. My stomach got louder at this point. But without money, I cannot buy anything. Weakened, I dragged myself towards the smell, too bad that it won't fill my appetite by just smelling it. In my mind I was already having images of the food, guessing what it might be, while I wasn't watching where I was going. A young woman held me firm, "Hey watch it!" out of my daydream, I stared at here like she just came out of nowhere, "Huh?"

The woman just sighted, "In the future, just pay attention to your surroundings."

I nodded, whatever she said, until my stomach screamed out in anger. She looked up to me, her blue eyes inspecting me from top to bottom, "You are not from here are you?"

That got me out of my thoughts, "How did you know?"

She pointed at my clothes, "No one wears such things around here, unless you want to get killed."I didn't see the problem, baggy jeans and a tank top, what is so bad about that? Suddenly, she changed the subject, "You should get inside and I make you something to eat. Payment in advance mind." I lowered my head, "I don't have any money." Holding the other kind of payment towards her, she accepts it as well, to my relief. "I can trade this money, so that is fine with me. By the way, I am Nikaido and you?" I didn't reply right away, just looking at her in disbelief, a young woman with blonde hair and wearing an overall, just looking normal, as far as I could tell.

"...N/A."

"Nikaido, where are my gyozas!!!!!!!"

The door was slammed open, revealing a huge lizard head, staring at my direction. Afraid, I hid behind the woman. Nikaido placed her hands on her hips, shouting at the lizard guy, "Customers that don't pay have to wait longer!"

"I got rid of the garbage!"

"Last week Kaimann!"

"Isn't that enough?!"

They went on shouting although they were standing before another. The argument died down, as his finger pointed at me, "Who is that?" Nikaido sighted, "Wonderful that you noticed at some point. This is N/A; she is a customer...one that actually pays for her food." Hoping that it was the end of this conversation, his rage was now directed at me, "Don't touch my gyoza!" Afraid I waved at them goodbye, "I think I should go elsewhere, nice knowing you two." The lizard man, known as Kaimann, agreed with me while waving as well. The woman however, didn't let me go that easily, grabbing my top, "Hold it right there!" Facing Kaimann, she pushed him aside, slamming him into the nearest wall.

"What is your problem?!" he yelled over, while she ordered me to take a seat at the counter.

Sulking, he sat beside me. As the smell of the gyozas came towards me, I couldn't help but drool a little. The first plate was place before me, receiving complaints from Kaimann, "Why is she getting served first?!"

"Because she is a lady and she bought her gyozas, case closed."

Still sulking, he watched my every move. From getting my chopsticks, grabbing one gyoza and leading it towards my mouth. Right as I was about to bite into it, Kaimann shouted something, "Wow look at that!!!" Out of reflex, I stared at the direction, seeing nothing but an empty restaurant, "There is nothing." Looking at him, I saw how his mouth was chewing on something. With wide eyes I had to see the plate of gyozas gone...finding it before the lizard man. Nikaido didn't see what happened, but as I told her the story, her eyes darkened, "Kaimann, you blood y wait for your gyozas!!!!"

"But I am hungry!"

"Tough! Sorry N/A, I make some new ones for you."

The minute they left the kitchen, he tried his trick once more. Twitching with my head, I saw his hand grab my plate, "Don't you dare!" My hunger suppressed my fear of that man, fighting over the gyozas. Nikaido was irritated seeing us fight with the chopsticks for every single piece. Kaimann got annoyed, "Give it up girl!"

"As if, ugly head!"

"U-ugly?!!!!!!"

Felling angry he didn't see me get the last gyoza off the plate, "Six out of ten, beat that loser!" before this could turn out to become a bloodshed, Nikaido place two large plates of gyozas before us, everyone had the same amount, "Here, now shut up and eat!" She sweat dropped, as we started a new competition: on who got more into his mouth, so they could steal the rest of the other. She laughed it off though, thinking of how well we get along.

Kaimann simply opened his mouth wide and swallowed all at once, "Winner!"

Surprised that I wasn't sitting beside him anymore, I shouted over from the entrance, "As if, thanks for the food!" I placed them all in one small back and ran out for the restaurant, the lizard man followed soon after screaming in anger that they are his gyoza. Nikaido just let him have his way, enjoying the silence while it last. I paid in advance, so there was no point in saving me from Kaimann, guessing that he won't harm me for food anyway.

It seems she doesn't know everything about him.

Dodging several knives he throws at me made it perfectly clear, he would even murder for the gyozas. I know they are delicious, but killing someone for that, isn't this extreme? Not for Kaimann. He even got me into a dead end, reaching out to me, "My Gyozas." Even with a mask on now, he was still terrifying.

My legs began to shake, "W-what is the magic word?"

"...Murder"

He was dead serious about this. Now I am not surprised that the restaurant was empty. Defeated, I handed them over. In an instant, he got all kind and friendly, "Thanks." Opening the front part of his mask, he ate them one by one. Kaimann moaned at the taste while I tip-toed away from his presence, getting away from this maniac as quick as possible.

"Hold it!"

Crap, he noticed!

His hand held my shoulder, pulling me along, "We have to go back to the restaurant."

"Why we?"

He looked back, it looks like he was smiling, "Nikaido makes more if a customer is around." Figures, not only did he want more, he also expect me to pay for them HE ate. What did I learn so far: Hole is truly...a 'shit' hole.
