The black dog followed me down the corridor, still staring at me. The last thing I would expect from a pet is that it would speak to me.

"So...you are the one they been talking about?"

"What the hell!" Immediately, I released the leash and backed off from this thing. The dog grinned wider, "it is you. This will be so much fun."

"What do you mean fun?" it kept his gaze on me, even as I moved further away. The animal followed soon after, "Afraid of a dog?"

"No, afraid of a 'talking' dog; what do you want from me?"

"I don't want anything from you...yet." Wiggling his tail again, he moved his head towards the back door, "But I am not the only one wanting a good time." Not sure of what it meant, the dog went behind me. Expecting a push against my hip, I got a push at the back...by hands? What used to be a pet, was now a different creature with a dog's head, "May I introduce myself, I am the devil Gura Gura. Pleased to meet you." Expecting a handshake or a bow as greeting, he gave me a card. There was nothing on it, just a few splashes of blood.

I checked both sides, it was blank, "And what is that for?"

"Consider this as a survival kit...for the future." That didn't make any sense, not the slightest. Gura Gura grabbed me at my shoulders and led my body out the back door and into the garden. Outside were servants, that all looked like me and a handful of devils. I swallowed hard, as they all moved their head in my direction. It got scary, as they came running in my direction, begging me to take their card first. The fight among the devils was immense, especially as the devil dog announced his victory. During the fight, I tried to sneak off...walking right into another one. This devil was different from the others, trying to take my mask off. Before anyone could see, I held on to the fabric for dear life. If anyone would recognize me, I will be dead.

"Scared human?" letting go of my mask, his arm went around my shoulders, "You should be and after all, 'we' know who you are."

"Are you going to tell him?" was the only thing I wanted to know, no matter how rude it just sounded. The devil chuckled at this; pulling me closer, "And spoil the fun? Oh no, we got other plans for you." He didn't tell me what, just backed off a little to greet me with a bow, "I am the devil Chidaruma. I am sure we become good friends." The devil is sending shivers down my spine. Not to be around him for too long, I excused myself. With the list from En, I had plenty of reasons not to have conversations with any devil or sorcerer. The sorcerer in red had arrived after while, looking exhausted. He went from one servant to another, asking them something. I found out what he was up to, as he approached me, "Are you my personal servant?" I nodded.

"You might need a different outfit; I can't find you in this crowd so easily." The next hours, I had to listen to him, while he inspected the entire place. From the dishes, food, figures out of sugar that looked like him and many more rubbish. If I didn't have to fear for my life, I would have fallen asleep by now. En seems to be just as confused, as of why he had so many devils at the party. Apparently he didn't invite them; they just came around on their own. I kept a small distance to En, once he approached the devil Chidaruma. He however was very pleased to see the sorcerer, "En, long time no see. How are you?"

"Quit the crap Chidaruma, why are you at my party? I didn't invite anyone of you."

"How rude, I thought you have high respect towards devils. You should be happy that we came here."

En's eyes turned dark, "What are you up to?"

Chidaruma said, it was just to enjoy some time among sorcerers. He didn't show it, but his next words he referred to me, "Devils are always up for a bit of fun...or surprises." The sorcerer in red didn't waste any more time on the devil, leaving for the next inspection, the garden decorations. Before I could go after him, Chidaruma held my arm, while his other hand placed several card into my pocket, "You forgot those." Yeah, like a bunch of plain card would do me any favor.

En didn't notice that I wasn't with him, "What do you think servant...do these bushes look like me?"

"...Nothing compared to you..." Not was his turn to shudder, he knew the voice and who it belonged to, "What do you want Chota?"

A tall man with a bird mask went on one knee before En, holding his hand, "You"

"If you don't want to end a mushroom I suggest you tell me the truth" That is when he noticed my absence, "Where is my personal servant?"

"Who needs one of those, when you have me?" He kept whining, even as the sorcerer in red went back to the tables. I still stood there, looking around myself. Once I heard him shout that he is on the other side of the table, I rushed over. Thankfully I didn't get punished for that. The only thing I got was a shove into the nearest bush by Chota, "Serves you right. No one takes my En away." Another lucky thing that En had seen it getting me out of the bush, "You get used to it." His hand held my arm tight, but he didn't let go. His eyes couldn't see mine, but still, he kept looking at my mask. For a minute, we stayed that way.

Once he broke the contact, he released my arm. Another of his servants got his attention that the guests will arrive any time soon. I was trembling with fear...what was he looking at? Did he find out who I am?
