Mercury & Tyrian

After Y/N, Ruby, Yang, Weiss, Blake, Pyrrha, and Neo had escaped from the Ever-After and had their reunion with Oscar and the other girls. It was time for them to start their jobs as a Huntsmen and Huntress. Team RWBY and Team JNPR had been formed. While Y/N was on a team with Neo, Emerald, Penny.

Winter: These will be the assigned teams.

Penny: Yes! I'm on the same team as Y/N! (hugs Y/N)

Y/N: Glad to be on the same team with you too, Penny.

Neo (paper): Hey, just because you got your new body, I won't lose to you.

Penny: (smiles) Challenge accepted.

Ruby: Hey, where's Oscar?

Winter: He's on a team with Qrow and the Ace Ops.

Y/N: They're here too?

Winter: Clover and Vine were K.I.A. The only remaining are Marrow, Harriet, and Elm. Robyn is also on a team with her group.

Yang: So, what are we doing?

Jane: Emerald gave us some info about Mercury and Tyrian being here in Vacuo. So, we've been keeping our eyes open.

Emerald: We haven't had any luck but they're hiding somewhere. We just have to find their hideout.

Winter: Alright, carry out your duties. Keep each other safe.

Team RWBY, Team JNPR, and Y/N's team had went their separate ways to different parts of the city to start their search for Mercury and Tyrian.

Y/N: Okay, so since Neo and I haven't been in Vacuo long enough. Looks like you two are gonna have to lead the way.

Emerald: (smiles) Follow us and don't get lost.

Neo (paper): Don't gotta tell me twice. (holds onto Y/N's arm)

Y/N: So, Winter said that you all have been searching for them but never found them?

Penny: We searched everywhere but never found anything or anyone that was suspicious.

Y/N: Is there an area that is deserted that might not be in the area from the city?

Emerald: Not that I know of.

Y/N: Hmm... Do you have anything that belongs to Mercury?

Emerald: I have his gloves.

Y/N: You had it all this time?

Emerald: I found it here in Vacuo. He probably dropped it while he was looking for something with Tyrian.

Y/N: Let me sniff it maybe I can find his tracks.

Y/N transformed into his Nine Tail Fox form as Emerald let Y/N sniff Mercury's gloves. Y/N's instincts kicked in and he started running while Neo, Emerald, and Penny quickly chased after him.

(Abandoned Shed)

After Y/N had gotten Mercury's scent and running out of the city. Neo, Emerald, and Penny were catching their breath after following Y/N to an abandoned shed.

Penny: *breathes heavily* I gotta get used to this...

Neo (paper): Is that whining I hear?

Penny: I'm not whining.

Emerald: So, Y/N, you think they're here?

Y/N: (transforms back into human form) They should be since this where the scent led me.

Just as Y/N was about to open the door to the abandoned shed. Neo and Emerald had their weapons ready. Penny had her new weapons but they were designed for her when she had her old body. Penny had two bracelets on each of her wrists as it created digital swords and would let her control the swords at will to fight her enemies.
