While the students were srill continuing their initiation. Ozpin and Glynda were carefully watching them and examining them on how they performed and worked together as a team.

Glynda: The next pair has been formed, sir. Nora Valkryie and Lie Rin. Poor girl... I can't possibly imagine those two getting along. Still she's probably better off than Miss Nikos. There is Y/N who still has no partner.

Ozpin: Mmmm...

Glynda: I don't care what her transcripts say. That Jane girl is not ready for this level of combat. I guess we'll find out soon enough. At their current pace, they should reach the temple within just a few minutes. Speaking of which, what did you use for relics this year? Professor Ozpin?

Ozpin doesn't answer as he watches his tablet showing Ruby and Weiss to see their progress and how Ruby was handling things.

Weiss: (walks right) It's definitely this way. (she stops & walks to the left) I mean... this way! It's definitely this way. Alright it's official. We passed it.

Ruby: Why can't you just admit that you have no idea where we're going?

Weiss: Because I know exactly where we're going! We're going... to... the Forest Temple! (Ruby gets frustrated) Oh, stop it! You don't know where we are either!

Ruby: Well, at least I'm not pretending like I know everything!

Weiss: What is that suppose to mean?

Ruby: It means you're a big stupid jerk, and I hate you!

Weiss: Just keep moving!

Ruby: (imitates Weiss) Oh, just keep moving! Hurry up! Wah! Watch where you're going! (talks in normal voice) Why are you so bossy?!

Weiss: I'm not bossy! Don't say things like that!

Ruby: Stop treating my like a kid!

Weiss: Stop acting like a kid!

Ruby: Well, stop acting like you're perfect!

Weiss: I'm not perfect! Not yet... But I'm still leagues better than you.

Ruby: (feeling dejected) You don't even know me...

In the forest Yang and Blake stumble across a circular ruin temple, that was holding several gold and black objects on each podium.

Yang: Think this is it?

As they both make their way down the hill. They walk into the circular temple and they observe each piece on the podium.

Blake: Chess pieces?

Yang: Some of them are missing. Looks like we weren't the first ones here.

Blake: Well, I guess we should pick one.

Jane: Think this is it?

Jane and Pyrrha enter the cave while Jane is holding a short torch while walking through the dark cave.

Pyrrha: I'm not sure this is it.

Jane: Pyrrha, I made the torch. Could you at least humor me for maybe, five more feet?

Jane suddenly trips and drops the torch into the little puddle inside the cave as everything gets dark.

Pyrrha: Do you... feel that?

Jane: Soul-crushing regret?

Pyrrha: No, it's... warm.
