Last Stand

After Y/N explained the plan to everybody. They all carried out their roles but Ruby and Yang stayed back with him after he had finished talking with Cinder, Winter, and Raven. While Blake and Weiss were waiting at the entrance.

Ruby: What did you want to talk to us about?

Y/N: Ruby, Yang, you two won't hesitate if I tell you this right?

Yang: What is it?

Y/N: After I stole the Relics from Salem. Someone chased after me to stop me from escaping... and it was someone that we knew.

Ruby: Who?

Y/N: Mom...

Ruby's and Yang's hearts dropped but they didn't want to believe Y/N. However, they saw that Y/N's hands were shaking and they also knew that he would never lie to them about something like that.

Ruby: (holds Y/N's hand) Are you sure...?

Y/N: (nods) I saw her with my own eyes... I couldn't believe it either. She's being controlled by Salem. I don't know if she's still who she is but if either of us ever come across her just be prepared. (Ruby & Yang hugged Y/N together)

Ruby: Don't worry.

Yang: We'll save her too.

Y/N: (smiles) Right.

Then suddenly the alarm blaring loudly. Y/N, Ruby, Yang, Blake, and Weiss all ran back to entrance and saw that the giant Monstra from Atlas was flying in the sky again like last time which meant Salem was finally starting her attack.

Ruby: Cinder, can we talk to you really quick?

Cinder: Make it quick.

Ruby and Yang pulled Cinder to the side to talk about something while Y/N was going say something really important to boost the morale of the Huntsmen and Huntresses.

Y/N: (presses onto ear-piece) Everyone, listen up. As I explained in the plan and what Cinder told us about Salem's attack is that she will be sending out an army of her Silver-Eyed Warriors to fight us. She doesn't have enough power to create more grimm after Ozpin weakened her at Atlas. The city of Vacuo has all been evacuated as planned so fight to your heart's content. I know that some of you are afraid but this is what we signed up for. So, let's write our names down in history of being heroes of Remnant. And also, protect each other and don't die. This will be our last stand.

Y/N turned off his ear-piece and he could hear the other Hunters and Huntresses yelling very loudly to show their courage for Y/N and their comrades.

Raven: So, what should we do, General?

Y/N: Huh? Me?

Winter: Apparently, Theodore, made the decision to all of the Huntsmen and Huntresses that you were appointed as our General. So, we'll be taking orders from you.

Cinder: Not bad for someone so young.

Y/N: (smiles) Well then. As you three are the Maidens. Ruby, Yang, Weiss, Blake. You four will be leading the group on the front. Jane, Pyrrha, Nora, Rin, and Neo are leading the group on the left. Oscar, Uncle Qrow, Robyn, and Emerald are leading the group on the left. Cinder, Winter, Raven, you three will be with me. We're going to fight Salem together.

Theodore: I will assist Team RWBY.

Y/N: All right. (smiles) Everyone move out!

Y/N and the girls all went to their positions as they were going rush into battle together to protect Remnant.
