Yang sits on the couch watching the news reporters talking about other things than the incident about Beacon. She continues to change the channel all but except one.

Reporter (TV): Multiple rumors continue to circulate as to who was behind the attack at the Vytla festival tournament... While no one knows for sure, officials have confirmed that high ranking White Fang member Adam Taurus, was present for the attack. Any and all the attempts to bring him into custody have been met with brutal force...

Yang turns off the T.V. As the door opens behind her was her dad Taiyang as he was holding a lot of grocery bags.

Taiyang: I'm home!

Yang: Hi, Dad.

Taiyang: Guess what came in today!

Yang: What?

Taiyang: I can't wait for you to try this...

He sets all the bags in the kitchen but brings out a box to show Yang what it is since it was something that was made for her.

Taiyang: Well?

Yang: It's... for me?

Taiyang: For you and you only.

Yang opens the box to see a robotic arm inside but she didn't know how to react to it but she looked at Taiyang to see that he had a smile on his face hoping this would get her back on her feet.

Taiyang: Brand new, state of the art Atlas tech. You know, I thought I was gonna have to pull some strings, call in a few favors. But you earned this one all on your own, kiddo.

Yang: Huh?

Taiyang: Before I could even talk to him, General Ironwood already had one of his top scientists working on this... for you. He wanted me to tell you that you fought admirably. You should be proud of yourself. (Yang looks at him with sadness) Well? You're gonna try it on?

Yang: I, uh... I'm not feeling too great right now. Maybe later?

Taiyang: *sighs* Well, alright.

Yang gets up from the couch and walks up the stairs, but she stops and she looks at Taiyang.

Yang: Thanks, Dad.

Yang continues to walk up the stairs and heads towards into her room and she lays on her bed to sleep.

(Time Skip)

Yang starts to have a nightmare of seeing Adam walking right towards her. She starts to panic as she sees her gauntlets around her wrists. She starts shooting her gauntlets at Adam but it goes through him. She starts to panic as she notices her gauntlets have disappeared and she sees her missing arm.

She then sees Adam right in front of her as she hears the sound of his sword being drawn. Then she wakes up, she sits up on her bed and looks at the robotic arm as she hears people laughing downstairs. She walks out her room as she hears Port, Oobleck, and Taiyang laughing.

Port: And, and, and then, in comes, Qrow, wearing a skirt! I was just a T.A.I... I didn't know what to do, so I just left the room to laugh. (they all laugh)

Taiyang: Yeah, we told him it was a kilt, he'd never worn a uniform before so he didn't know.

Oobleck: *laughs* That is terrible! What is wrong with you?!

Taiyang: Hey! The girls all said he had nice legs! I did that jerk a favor! Besides, that's not even the best part! See, then we-

Port: (puts his leg on the table) Like what you see?

They continue to laugh as Port loses balance and falls to the ground and they laugh and so does Yang.

Port: Oh, um, Miss Xiao Long! Please, join us.
