"Go and die," the lady threw a plate at Yoongi. "I am working for my children only, not for you," she shouted.
Yoongi just sat in the corner of the room.
"You've lost your hearing too," she shouted again. "Eating eight times a day, but no use. What will happen if you go to that job? I'm not asking you to whore around," Yoongi's stepmother shouted at the top of her lungs.
"What's happening here?" the man entered the house, heavily drunk. "Yoongi baby, look what appa brought for you," he said, sitting beside his son. "A new dress. You know my boss wants to meet you. He's waiting outside. Just come after wearing this. Go, baby."
Yoongi looked at the dress, a short top more like a feminine outfit. He never stayed overnight at his home, but now he had lost his job.
"Yoongi baby, the old boss enters the home. It's been a long time since we met. How beautiful you are," he said to the boy. "I have to wait until you turn 18," he added with a dirty smile.
"Next month he will turn 18. Just 23 days," his stepmother said.
"Take this," the old man gave some money to his lady, who became happy. "Her two children are sleeping inside." The old man again took some pictures of Yoongi and walked outside.
"Once you turn 18, we become rich... Rich," the father shouted and collapsed on the floor. "Eat this," the lady gave him a plate. "You need to be healthy," she smiled. Yoongi just stared at the plate and his father. Poor boy, he couldn't even cry loudly.
*************
"Good morning, boss. Why are you looking so happy?" Lisa asked.
"Nothing, baby girl," Jimin chimed, his eyes gleaming.
"Baby girl is a bad word, isn't it?" she asked.
"Yes. Sit. So, you took a leave for one week," Jimin said.
"Why, boss?" she asked.
"Your boss is getting married," Jimin smiled.
"Wow, congratulations! Who is that unlucky person? I mean lucky," she smiled sheepishly.
"Mmm... It's your Jungkooki," Jimin revealed.
"What?!" she screamed. "Really? Oh my God... I am very happy," she clapped her hands like a child. "But he didn't tell me anything about it."
"Even I am surprised," Jimin smiled. "And Jin is also getting married."
"Oh... So, Taehyung?" she inquired.
"He will too... Soon," Jimin smiled.
"Oh... I need to visit Kooki today... How dare he to hide this from me," she said with a pout.
Jimin smiled. He was happy because Jungkook made him believe that he was pranking Taehyung for rejecting him, and Taehyung was still rejecting him.
**********""
Jungkook, Tae burst open the door, "Where did you go last night?" he asked.
"I am on a date with Jimin hyung," Jungkook replied calmly.
"What? Kooki," Tae shouted, pinning Jungkook to the wall. "Tell me."
"I know they're fixing my marriage," Jungkook admitted. "I agreed.
"What are you talking about?" Tae's voice cracked. "We-"
"I'm practical, hyung," Jungkook interrupted. "Love can't make life, like Dad said."
