*One year later*
It still felt like a dream.
Two years of togetherness.
Two years of love.
Two years of married life.
It all felt like a very beautiful dream which could crack any moment, and he would wake up.
Aaron pinched himself on the cheek to get a grip on his awarness, exhaling longly as he smoothed out his suit for the hundreth time.
His gaze fixated on his relfection in the mirror, and it was almost surreal to see himself looking so posh.
It was a complete new Aaron.
Where was the Aaron that had bone portruding out of his skin, cheeks sunken in and lips dry and chapped from lack of nutrients?
Where was the Aaron that thought nothing was left for him in life anymore?
Who was ready to give up and accept the worst possible destiny formed on a couple piece of papers, but never in his dreams did he expect this Destiny to turn out the best for him.
He could never be enough grateful for the blessings he had received in this life.
"What got your pretty head thinking so hard?"
A delicious smell wafted through his nose and two arms wrapped around his waist from behind, a warm chest pressed against his back.
Aaron smiled and inhaled deeply, loving the soothing scent that always managed to flutter his whole being. He put his own arms over Destiny's and interwined their fingers together.
"Nothing. Just thinking 'bout how lucky I am." He admitted genuinely, smiling at their reflection.
Destiny smirked, tilting her head to press her lips against the skin of his neck.
She enjoyed the shudder that ran through her beloved. It amused her how Aaron still reacted the same way he used to do when they first got intimate.
It pleased her and made her feel special.
"I am the lucky one, sweetheart. You made me a better person, you changed my heart and made me see the world under a better light. Thank you."
Aaron's face warmed and he brought up their laced hands up to his mouth to kiss Destiny's knuckles, warming up his wife's heart.
"Thank you. I love you." He said.
Destiny turned him around in her arms and cupped his face, nuzzling their noses together.
"I love you more."
Shaking his head, Aaron gripped her wrists and let himself lean close so their lips barely brushed against each other.
"I love you most."
Destiny arched an eyebrow at his reply, chuckling.
"I love you infinity."
This got the boy to pout, but his pout quickly resolved as Destiny smashed their lips together in a rough kiss to prevent him from replying anymore.
