Three days have passed since Destiny and Aaron saw each other's face.

Aaron would wake up earlier than normal in the morning and leave for his café, and would return around 5-6 pm, when Destiny would be either in her office or at the enterprise.

Spending time with Jaden and the new workers at the café, helped Aaron a lot to overcome his loneliness.

But whenever he returned home, the empty feeling would return and he'd be back to sulking around.

He'd also caught a mild cold for the past few days.

He really needed to change his habit of kicking his blanket off in the middle of sleeping.

At Destiny's apartment, it got unusually cold at night.

Destiny, on the other hand, always felt the emptiness that lingered in her house.

It was hard for her to accept that the sudden appeared presence of a cheerful soul has vanished just as suddenly.

She sure did yell at the younger boy about not wanting to see his face, but she had to admit it in her heart that it hurt.

It hurt not seeing the little adorable face, and the big doe eyes.

It was a saturday night and a few of Destiny's friends were coming to visit their apartment to meet Aaron.

Destiny couldn't stop them from coming since they weren't aware of the wedding and demanded a treat.

She was nervous and felt extremely scared for some reason.

How was she gonna get Aaron to come out?

She couldn't possibly be selfish and ask him to do this for her!

An idea popped in her head and she quickly texted her mom about the dinner plan, and very subtly letting her know to tell Aaron about it.

Her excuse was that she was super busy and couldn't talk to him.

She smiled triumphantly when her mother said okay and she heard soft shuffling around in the house.

Maybe Aaron was preparing dinner.

The weird feeling in her chest reappeared and Destiny found herself smiling.

She was gonna get to taste Aaron's food after so long.

Destiny's friends, Ryan, Delilah, Rose and Kayden arrived at 6.

They came bearing flowers and chocolates.

Seeing the boxes of chocolates, Destiny's immediate thought was, 'Aaron would love them'.

The thought became a shock for the girl.

Why did she think of the other?

"It's so good to see you guys." She greeted her friends with a smile.

"You! Selfish bitch. How could you just get married without telling us!" Rose hit her arm while pouting angrily.

"Exactly! This freaki-" Ryan stopped mid-sentence and looked behind Destiny's shoulder to spot the other boy in the room.

"Is this our brother-in-law?" Ryan raised a brow, and Destiny briefly followed his gaze.

For the first time in her life, Destiny felt her breath hitching and heart rate speeding up at the sight of someone she was supposed to never see and avoid.

Aaron had a red tshirt on with black skinny jeans, hair ruffled and some strands beautifully fell over his eyes.

He looked so fucking beautiful, and it made the billionaire swallow hard.
