Jody's POV:

I can feel my nerves take control of me as soon as I walk onstage. All eyes are on me and my so called 'Romeo'.

"Juliet my love. I know our families won't let us be together but I am willing to move past that. Our love is greater than anything known to man." Romeo says getting down on one knee. "We need to test our love and make it stronger."

"Romeo." I say taking his hand in my own and I slowly help him up to where we are standing in front or each other. "You said it yourself. Our love is greater than anything known to man. Why must we test our love?"

As I say that line I think of Chase and myself. Our relationship or whatever it is that we have. We are like Romeo and Juliet in a way because Chase comes from sports and I come from musicals and plays.

Normally those cliques don't mix because a lot of people who do sports think we are weird and too nerdy to hang out with them. Well they aren't wrong but who cares.

"Shall we test our love, my love?" Romeo asks and I slowly love into his eyes

They are not even close to Chase's. Chase's eyes are a pretty electric blue and his eyes bring a happy feeling when you look at him but Romeo's eyes are just a dull brown and they don't bring a happy feeling, just madness and anger.

"Romeo." I take a deep breath before I continue. "We do not need nor will we ever have to test our love. Because we already know it's stronger than anything."

He smiles but the smile doesn't reach his eyes and he gives me a peck on the cheek.

"WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER?!" Someone yells in the distance, even though we all know it's behind the curtain

"Hurry you must go." I say quickly. "My father must not see you."

With that Romeo runs offstage right as my father walks onstage.

Chase's POV:

Normally I wouldn't be caught dead at something like this but honestly it isn't as bad as I thought it would be and plus this is way better than the real Romeo and Juliet.

"She is a good actress isn't she." Jody's grandfather leans over and whispers

"The best." I reply not taking my eyes off Jody for a second

Then time goes by and there is an intermission for everyone to take a break and get up and stretch the legs. While the actors and actresses get ready for the next scene.

"So what do you think of the theater?" Jody's grandfather asks as the both of us get up from our seats. "Now I know you would rather be on the football field or the basketball ball court. But tell me what do you think."

"Well at first I had no idea what I was getting myself into. But once it started it become very interesting." I say as we walk out of the theater and into the lobby

"Glad to hear it my boy." He says patting me on the back

As we wait in the lobby I look around for my sister.

"Who are you looking for?" Jody's grandfather asks scaring me out of my thoughts

"Oh. I'm looking for my sister." I say

Then between the crowd of people I see her, my sister.

"Excuse me sir." I say and he nods

I make my way through the crowd passing some girls from my school and they try to talk to me but I'm on a mission and when I'm on a mission there's nothing else around.
