(Dogday's POV)

I woke, yawning and stretching, quickly getting out of bed, but instead of making tea, I quickly got a cold cup of water, and chugged it.

Then I went outside and looked up at Catnap's window, and of course, his lights were off, which meant he was sleeping in again...

I decided to go and try to wake him up, considering we had a couple of hours until Neko woke up.

He gave me a spare house key of his back in the past, in case I ever needed to wake him up for something, so I was able to easily unlock his front door.

I opened the door and quietly crept across the living room as I saw Neko sleeping on the couch, although I didn't need to be sneaky, I just wanted to.

I went upstairs and slowly crept into Catnap's room, and there he was, sleeping like it was his best nap in the world.

I gently shook him, to which he opened one eye, but kept the other closed, groaning quietly as I chuckled slightly.

"Good morning sleepyhead...~" I teased Catnap playfully as he whined and rolled to the other side of his bed.

"Cmon, what're you still doing in bed?" I asked as Catnap groaned again.

"Being comfortable..." Catnap spoke in a tired voice, it was sort of raspy, and I could tell he was still sleepy.

"Alright, get up." I said as I tried to lift Catnap out of bed.

"Nooooo... I don't wanna get up..." Catnap whined as he covered himself with more of his blankets, soon beginning to purr.

He already fell back to sleep, what a lazybones he is...

I sighed and decided that if just talking to him wouldn't do anything, I'd have to force him to wake up.

I quickly crawled into bed with Catnap as I shuffled behind him wrapping my arms around him playfully as he sighed and groaned again, trying to shake me off of him.

"Dogday why... It's still early in the morning..." Catnap pouted as he wrapped his tail around my arms.

"Because this a good time to be productive... Just because your moto is all about sleeping, that doesn't mean I'm gonna let you sleep all day long..." I responded.

Catnap tossed around and wrapped his arms around my lower waist, cuddling me closer to him as I gasped and started blushing.

"Then here, let me show you what's so good about being in bed all the time..." Catnap said, still with his sleepy voice as he started giving me scritches as the top of my head, under my neck and behind my ears.

I started to feel sort of drowsy, but I wouldn't let this be the reason that I fall asleep, I would try to stay up as long as possible.

But as soon as I finished that thought, Catnap opened his mouth slightly and puffed a bit of red smoke to me, completely ruining my chances of staying awake.

Catnap giggled and began purring again as he continued cuddling me, beginning to fall asleep again as I just accepted that this would be how I start the day.

And with that, me and Catnap fell asleep in each other's arms, for the next hour or so...
