(Catnap's POV)
Me and everyone else started running out of ideas for what to do with Neko, we tried scritches, a bunch of cat toys, some other things, and eventually we ran out of ideas!
So as we all tried to think of something to do, Neko eventually spoke up.
"Hey guys! What if we play a game? Like tag?Or Hide and Seek?" Neko asked as everyone suddenly got excited, and I'll be honest, I did a bit as well.
We all started running as Neko stood up and paced himself, stretching his legs as he took off running in a random direction.
I saw others being chased, dodging, getting tagged, but most of the time laughing and having a great time.
I ran around with Dogday as we both laughed together and hid behind objects to not get caught.
But out of nowhere, Neko dashed in front of us so fast, we didn't even notice him at first, but when Dogday turned his head to look at me, he yelped as I saw Neko smiling at both of us.
"Haha! Gotcha!~" Neko giggled happily as Neko booped both of us on the nose and dashed away, almost at sonic speeds.
Me and Dogday stood there in shock and turned to look at each other, and we couldn't help but burst into laughter when we saw the looks on our faces.
(Kicken's POV)
I hadn't been tagged by Neko yet, and I was sure I was the last one still in the game, and I didn't expect Neko to find me anytime soon, so I assumed I would win again.
I let out a sigh of relief as I slowly looked up to see Neko hanging from a tree by his tail, and my heart dropped.
I yelped as Neko dropped down and smiled at me happily, gently tapping my leg as he playfully purred to himself.
"Gotcha! I win this time!~" Neko taunted as I chuckled slightly and let out another sigh, relieved that the game was over.
Soon after, we regrouped, and decided to play another game, this time it was Hide and Seek.
Neko still had a LOT of energy left, so he decided to volunteer to be the seeker as everyone was filled with happiness and excitement as they ran off.
I hid by myself again as I heard Neko count from 0 to 30 slowly, and when he finally reached that last number, everything went silent.
A couple minutes later, I heard most of the other critters get found as they all joyously laughed to themselves, happy that they got to play again.
Soon enough, I was once again sure that I was the only critter left in the game, but I decided to hide under some cloth behind some materials used for building, I was sure Neko wouldn't find me.
I steadied my heart rate as I looked to my left, but could have sworn I saw a tail under the tarp with me.
I quickly looked back again as I yelped again, seeing Neko playfully smile at me as he laughed softly and tapped me on the beak gently.
"Found you...~ Had to save my favorite for last." Neko playfully stated as he raised the tarp and helped me up as I brushed myself off.
"W- Were you purposely saving me for last that time?" I asked, excited, yet still wanting a genuine answer.
"Yep! Sure was!~" Neko stated as he ran back to the group, taking my hand and bringing me back with him.
We continued playing a bunch more games, and almost every time, Neko saved me for last every time it was a game about elimination.
I thought it was nice, and I felt happy, but still felt a bit odd.
"Neko, are you making it an effort to save me for last?" I asked, very happy and excited that I got to run around so much today.
"Hehe... Yeah, sorry... I guess I can't really help myself! It's just so fun seeing you get all surprised when you see me..." Neko explained himself as he chuckled a bit.
We continued playing games for the rest of the day, but then I suddenly felt a drop of something hit my beak.
I looked up and another drop fell, it had started to rain, and everyone began to notice almost immediately.
"Uhm... G- Guys? I think it's starting to rain!" Dogday yelled as everyone else agreed, covering themselves with their hands.
"Oh, well that's a shame... I guess I can't stay out in the open for much longer, I don't like the rain..." Neko stated as he sighed a bit in what seemed to sound like annoyance.
I would have invited Neko over to stay at my place, but to be honest, I didn't want him to get TOO obsessed over me, so I decided to just let it go.
Eventually, Catnap invited Neko to stay at his house, to which he agreed happily, thanking him as he ran inside almost immediately.
We all said our goodbyes and ran to our houses right as it started to rain harder, I locked my door and laid down on my couch, relieved to finally relax.
Neko is one crazy guy, and that's sort of why I like him...!
He's fun, and he's exciting to play with!
