(Dogday's POV)

Me and Catnap had gone home after Neko and Maxwell showed us that alternate universe with me and Catnap in it, after we made it home, we sort of just relaxed until the sun set, and it became dark outside.

"Hey, Catnap...? You wanna head to bed now...? I'm sleepy..." I said as Catnap thought for a second, but surprisingly shook his head no as I immediately looked confused.

"N- No...? Why not, Catnap?" I asked as Catnap gestured for me to follow him, and I did so, watching as he reached up and pulled a small cord from his ceiling as a short ladder fell from above us.

Catnap climbed up the ladder as he brought me along, dragging me up with his tail as we eventually made our way into his attic.

"C- Catnap, I didn't know you had an attic...!" I stated as Catnap chuckled a bit before clapping his hands a few times, making a few lights turn on automatically.

There was a bunch of stuff up here, blankets, pillows, games, snacks that couldn't go stale or rotten, and lots of other things too!

"Pretty cool, right?" Catnap commented as I slowly nodded my head in astonishment, walking up to the fuzzy pillows and blankets as I looked at Catnap.

He smirked as he nodded and gestured for me to put the pillow and blankets wherever I wanted as I threw the blankets and pillows on the floor, almost immediately collapsing on top of them.

They were all so soft, and fluffy, and the pillows were puffy and squishy, making this be the perfect bed since I could no longer feel the hard wooden ground underneath me.

"Wow, you must really be tuckered out, huh?" Catnap asked playfully as he raised the attic ladder, closing off the entrance as I noticed the lights under us shut off.

"Catnap? Why did the lights downstairs shut off by themselves...?" I asked as Catnap giggled a bit.

"Because we're sleeping up here! We've got a nice attic view from up here, that, and it's a private safe space for us!" Catnap responded as he walked over to me and laid down with me.

"Now, unless you want to just sleep until tomorrow, I wanna eat some candy and stay up!" Catnap expressed as he looked at me with excitement.

He was just so... Adorable when he was excited, and I couldn't possibly say no, so I agreed to eat candy with him as he immediately became happier, grabbing some chips and candy as he faced a tv behind us.

He switched the tv on as I also looked at it, noticing that Catnap had a bunch of things saved on it.

"Ooh! Are we gonna watch cartoons?!" I asked excitedly as I grabbed a small bag of MnM's, to which Catnap nodded and turned on a classic cartoon that we both liked.

We watched a few minutes of it before me and Catnap started to get drowsy, constantly eating candy and chips as we both laid down together again.

We began holding each other almost immediately after the first episode ended, and eventually, Catnap turned the tv off after the second episode ended, putting the chips and candy away.

"Alright... I'm ready for bed now..." Catnap noted as I smiled softly and cuddled him close to me, burying myself in blankets as Catnap wrapped his tail around my leg, purring to himself.

And with that, we both succumbed to sleep as the night ambiance soothed us, making sure we had a good night's sleep...
