"Well, what did you want?" Utahime asked Gojo.

"Huh? Are you upset?"

"No, I'm not upset actually." the woman replied in a slightly irritated tone.

"Of course not. I haven't done anything wrong." Gojo said, annoying his fellow teacher even more. "But I'm afraid we have a traitor."

He briefly explained how he suspected someone was working with a curse or a curse user before asking her to invest everyone in Kyoto.

"What if I turned out to be the traitor?" Uthahime questioned.

"There's no way!" the white-haired man replied lightly. "You're too weak for tha-"

She flung her cup at him right before he finished his sentence. To her dismay, his infinity was on so neither the tea nor the cup managed to hit him.

"Scary! Hysterics don't get men y'know?"

"RESPECT YOUR SENIORS."

"Satrou." a voice called out, making both of them turn towards the door.

"(F/n)!" they said in unison.

"What did you do again?" (Y/N) sighed, picking up the cup and handing it to Utahime with a slight smile. "I'm sorry about him."

"You're finally here!" she exclaimed, standing up with a smile.

"Yup!" the (H/C)-haired girl replied, matching her tone before glancing at Gojo and back at Utahime. "Did he tell you about the traitor?"

"Y-yeah. Do you also there is one?"

"I haven't personally met any of the complex curses, but from what I've heard I think it's pretty likely."

......

Soon, after an announcement from Gojo and Utahime, the event started. The staff members were all seated in a room where they watched over the students.

......

(Y/N)'s POV

"Our students must have realized that they've been ordered to kill Yuji by now." I thought to myself while watching the surveillance screens.

Itadori should be okay. He's strong, he's quick, and he's determined.

But still, hopefully, I'm not wrong about Todo.

He doesn't listen to orders that easily, I've picked up on that. Also, considering who his mentor was... I'm assuming he won't kill Itadori just because he was told to do so by those old, close-minded higher-ups.

"What an interesting girl." Mei chuckled while watching Maki fight with Miwa. "You should promote her to second grade already."

"I feel the same way." Gojo replied. "But the Zenin clan keeps getting in the way. They should really just acknowledge her skills already."

Hearing that made (Y/N) give a resentful smile. No one (other than Maki herself) knew the amount of work she had put in as well as (Y/N) did. She had trained with the green-haired girl practically since her first day at this school, giving out pointers and practicing combat. Seeing her student fight always made her proud since she could clearly see her improvement. And yet, it was always so difficult to promote her because of how influential her family was.

(Y/N)'s attention was drawn back to their conversation when Gojo mentioned how Itadori's footage kept cutting out. She glanced at Principal Gakuganji who was sitting in the back of the room before turning to Gojo with a sneer. He turned slightly towards her, a smirk on his lips which reminded her that there was no need to worry since Yuji was no longer "easy" to kill.

......

All of a sudden, all the charms linked to the released curses burst into red flames, surprising everyone.

"That's odd, my crows didn't see anything." Mei remarked.

"As the great teacher I am, I'd love to say that my students exorcised them all." Gojo said.

"The charms will burn red for unregistered curse energy." Principal Masamichi stated.

"It must be an outsider. Maybe an intruder?" Utahime suggested.

"Does that mean Master Tengan's barrier is malfunctioning?"

"Intruder or not, it doesn't change the fact that this is an unexpected situation." Principal Gakuganji said before going quiet.

"They must be fairly skilled to exorcise that. Who could it be?" he thought.

(Y/N), who was previously lost in her thoughts again snapped back when she heard that. She looked around. For a second, she was unsure if he'd said that out loud or if it was a thought.

"I don't think the intruder is human." (Y/N) added, looking toward Masamichi.

Hearing that, the dark-haired man quickly separated the tasks and everyone took action, leaving the room.

......

By the time Gojo, Utahime, Gakuganji, and (Y/N) had arrived, the veil was completed. They quickly realized that Gojo was the only one being kept out.

"Don't do anything stupid." (Y/N) told him and walked towards to veil.

Before she could fully get in, Utahime pulled her back.

"If they can single out one individual-" she started.

"They must be pretty skilled, I know." the (H/C)-haired woman replied. "But that's even more reason for us to go in quickly. Our students are trapped inside."

Gojo smiled. As usual, the students were high on the priority list.

"Go on, get moving." he said, gesturing towards the veil. "I don't know what their goal is, but we'll lose if even one of us dies."

(Y/N) let out a chuckle.

"Be careful." the white-haired man reminded her as she walked in.

The two others followed closely behind.

......

(Y/N)'s POV

"Hey, hey, hey, hey! Gojo Satoru isn't here!"

I looked up to see a curse user walking down the stairs in front of us. It took me a few seconds to realize why his voice sounded somewhat familiar. I had vaguely heard him back when we were in the surveillance room.

If I remember correctly, he was thinking about.. getting a coat rack? I didn't think much of it then because I assumed it was from further away. Unfortunately, that seems to not have been the case.

......

3rd person POV

"Utahime, (Y/N), go on ahead." Gakuganji said. "Protecting the students is our priority after all. Avoid fighting as much as possible."

He then pulled out his electric guitar as the two girls rushed past the curse user.
