(Y/N) stood back up as she heard footsteps approaching a few minutes later and saw Nanami walking towards them, carrying Ijichi on his back. She quickly rushed over, indicating where to put him.

"What happened?" she asked, concerned, as Shoko approached.

"I don't know." he answered. "I found him like this."

"Where are the others?"

"I left Ino in charge with Itadori and Fushiguro." the man answered, to which (Y/N) nodded. "I should head back."

"Wait!" she called out when he started walking away. "Be safe alright? And if you see them, tell the kids not to do anything stupid impulsively."

Nanami raised an eyebrow at that.

"Coming from you?" he remarked.

"That was years ago and I wasn't thinking straight!"

"Clearly."

"Just be careful." (Y/N) told him.

There was a short pause.

"You've always tried to look out for us." the blond-haired man finally said. "I appreciate it."

"Nanami, you suddenly saying this makes it feel like we're never going to see each other again." she chuckled before giving him a slight shove. "You can say it when we all have supper together once all this is over. Go ahead now, we'll see you later."

He nodded and walked away, out of their sight.

"(F/N), can you give me a hand?" Shoko asked.

"Oh, yes." she replied, immediately joining her friend who was healing Ijichi's injuries.

......

Gojo Satoru getting sealed meant that many curse users who had been hiding for years started coming out again, which caused a lot more trouble for all the sorcerers. It was also the cause of many more injuries.

"It's Fushiguro." Shoko pointed out when she saw the boy walking towards them, making (Y/N) look over.

"(Y/N), miss Ieri..." the boy said as Nue landed beside him to reveal the heavily injured Ino. "He's-"

"We'll take care of it." the long-haired woman interrupted while her friend carried the sorcerer off the shikigami. "What happened?"

"He was fighting a curse user on the roof, we weren't with him." he answered. "We caught him before he fell."

"Who were you with? Itadori?" Shoko asked to which Megumi nodded.

"Where is he?" (Y/N) looked up sharply from Ino's injuries.

"He's heading for the station." the boy replied and seeing her frown, he continued. "I know being alone in Shibuya right now isn't the best but-"

"It was the best course of action for the situation you two were in." she finished. "Yeah."

"Are you alright?" Shoko asked. "Anything to patch up before you head back?"

"No, I'm good." Megumi said before turning to (Y/N) who was back to focusing on healing. "Itadori said Gojo's still holding out. Geto can't move him from-"

"Who?" the long-haired woman interrupted him for the second time.

Except this time, all their eyes, including the principal's, had turned to him. The three all wore expressions he couldn't really describe.

"What did you say?" Principal Masamichi asked, speaking for the first time since Megumi's arrival.

"Gojo is-"

"Did you say Geto?" Shoko interrupted again.

He nodded and her eyes widened.

"Is he still-" she started, but it was her turn to get cut off.

"No." (Y/N) said. "He's not."

"Mechamaru said there was a thing living inside Suguru Geto." the raven-haired boy added uncertainly, scanning the older sorcerers' expressions.

A soft "oh" was all Shoko replied with. (Y/N) thanked him for telling them before he headed back to find the others. Once the student left, she squeezed her friend on the shoulder in an attempt to be comforting and Principal Masamichi spoke up again.

"We know he died." he stated. "Gojo wouldn't lie nor joke about that."

......

The awful silence was back. The one that indicated the fact that all three of them were lost deep in their own thoughts again. The one (Y/N) disliked because it was a constant reminder that they knew nothing about the situation in Shibuya and their fellow sorcerers.

She wasn't sure how much time had passed, until a sound made all of them look down only to see Megumi.

"Fushiguro!"

Seeing him injured and unconscious (Y/N) rushed over.

"He's been stabilized." she said with a frown as the two others approached.

"What do you mean?" the principal asked.

"He has some pretty bad injuries, but clearly he's not bleeding out or on the verge of death." the woman explained. "Shoko, this isn't the kid from Kyoto's technique right?"

"Who?" her friend replied.

"The blonde one? I forgot his name.."

"Oh, yeah, I know who you're talking about." she said, crouching down too. "From the residue, I don't think it's him."

"Did you two see who brought him here?" Principal Masamichi asked. "Was it Itadori?"

"Itadori wouldn't have left so quickly." (Y/N) answered, implying that the person must have been Sukuna.

"Why was he with Megumi though?" she wondered. "And why did Yuji switch with him? He wouldn't do that voluntarily, right..?"

After she healed the boy, she started discussing the situation with Shoko and the principal. Meanwhile, in Shibuya, Mahito was in the midst of an intense fight against Itadori.
