After work Kara met up with Sam outside her office and headed to the dress shop to look for a gown for the Gala. "So? What's Alex doing?" Kara asked. "She's actually hanging out with Lena right now...said there was something Lena wanted to talk about. Enough of that...have you told Lena how you feel yet?" Sam asked as they looked at the blonde. "What? No! Let's just get me a dress that will complement Lena's deep blue gown." Kara exclaimed with panic in her voice. Rolling her eyes Sam continued helping her friend out.
Meanwhile in Alex's apartment a similar conversation was happening. "So? Did you tell Kara how you feel?" Alex asked as she sat next to Lena on her sofa. "No...I did ask her if she and Lucy were together though...she said that they were just friends and she had her eyes on someone else. And when I asked if it was he...she said that it was a she and that she was gay! So who is it Alex? I know you know! Kara tells you everything!" Lena exclaimed. "It's kinda obvious!" Alex groaned. "What is?" Lena asked. "Your smart Luthor, you'll figure it out. By the way did you ask her to go the Gala?" Alex asked.
"Yes! And she's out with Sam now buying a gown. However I asked her to be my date." Lena replied with a smile. "Oh! You should tell her how you feel at the Gala then!" Alex added. "You think?" Lena asked. "Yes! Take her someplace where you two can be alone and tell her how you feel!" Alex explained. "And what if she doesn't feel the same way?" Lena asked. Alex just shook her head at the CEO. "You are overthinking this Lena! Just be honest with her. Everything will work out in the end. Just wherever you go make sure the doors locked and you two are quiet! I don't want to hear the noises!" Alex stated. It was now Lena who rolled her eyes. "That's not gonna happen...at least at the party..." Lena replied.
Back in store Kara was just paying for gown that Sam helped pick out. "I should go hang this up." Kara stated. "Yea! And go have a movie night with Leeena!" Sam teased. "Shut up Sam! We're just friends." Kara replied as they got into Sam's car and headed to Kara's apartment. "See you later Sam! Thanks for the help!" Kara stated as she exited the car. "See you later Kara!" Sam added with a smile.
Kara went up to her apartment and hung her gown up in her closet before readying herself to head to Lena's.
