When dinner arrived Lena jumped up to answer the door. "Thanks!" Lena said taking the bags of food from the young man and shutting and locking the door before returning to the sofa. "This smells really good!" Kara stated as she began unpacking the containers as Lena got two glasses of wine. "Did you pick a movie?" Lena asked as she sank into the seat next to Kara. "Yea, I picked a classic rom com." Kara explained. "Just Friends?" Lena asked. "Yea! It's about two people who just hookup as friends no strings attached...well until the end when they both realize that they're both head over heels for each other. If only real life was like movies..." Kara added with a smile. "Yea...if only...well let's get this night started shall we?" Lena asked as she handed Kara a glass of wine before digging into their food.
As the night wore on they finished their food, Kara took the containers to the trash bin and returned to the sofa where Lena had a blanket over her. Kara took her seat next to Lena who put the blanket around the blonde before laying her head on her shoulder. "Are you sleepy?" Kara asked as she put an arm around Lena's shoulder. "A little but I want to finish this movie..." Lena replied while yawing. "Ok..but if you fall asleep I'll just pause the movie and we can watch it another time." Kara replied.
They continued cuddling for a while before the sounds of light snoring could be head coming from Lena. Smiling to herself Kara sat up and gently picked the dark haired woman up in her arms and walked to the bedroom. Using her super speed she undressed Lena and put her into pajamas before getting into her own pajamas and joining her in the large bed. "Good night Lee.." Kara whispered. "Mmhmm goodnight Kara...I love you.." Lena whispered in a sleepy voice as she wrapped her body around the now blushing blonde.
"She just said she loves me! What do I do? Can't move...she's clinging to me like a spider monkey...relax...just breathe Kara you can do this...just go with the flow...So she loves you...you love her...what's the big deal? I'll tell her at the gala...yes! That's what I'll do..." Kara told herself as Lena moved her head under her head and sighed in her sleep just as sleep overpowered her.
