Soulmate: A romantic or platonic partner, with the implication of an exclusive lifelong bond. That's what the dictionary says anyways. However for Kara and Lena it means so much more than that. For them it means that they can tell when the other is in distress or when something is bothering them. Not everyone in the world is this lucky to find there perfect match. Lena and Kara were just lucky in that sense. Like magnets when one move so did the other. Even when they were at work. If Kara was feeling bothered by something Lena knew to text or call her if she had the time to and see what was bothering the blonde. And the same with Kara. If she felt that Lena was upset or bothered she'd take the time to reach out and talk to the raven haired woman.
The clock was nearing eleven thirty and Kara was working on packing her stuff up to head to L Corp for lunch with Lena when someone knocked on her office door. "Come in!" She called without turning around. "Hey Kara Danvers!" A very familiar voice called out. "Sara Lance! What brings you to town?" Kara asked. "Came to see my second favorite superhero. But I can see you're preparing to leave so I guess I'll drop by your apartment later." Sara stated. "Oh..I don't live there anymore. But you're more than welcome to come by Lena's and my place tonight. I'm sure she won't mind." Kara stated. "So the rumors are true. You and Lena Luthor are together." Sara stated. "Yea...but you know who's still available?" Kara stated.
"Who?" Sara asked. "Lucy Lane! She actually works in the security department now. Why don't you go see her for a bit. I hate to be rude but I'm due to meet Lee in a few minutes. I'll text you later though ok Sara?" Kara asked. "Yea fine with me! Go see your girlfriend!" Sara stated as she walked out of the office and made her way to security. Kara headed to the parking garage where her personal driver waited for her. "L Corp please Joe!" She stated. "Of course Miss Danvers. Will there be a stop at big belly burger?" Joe asked. "Yes please. Drive through though." Kara replied as they headed out.
