(One year later:)

Today is Athena's first birthday. Once again everyone has gathered to celebrate, however today they're gathering at Kara and Lena's house. Over the last year Kara and Lena bought a house with a large yard and a pool. "I can't believe she's one already! Where did time go?" Kara asks as she picks her up and puts her into the high chair. "I know! I can't believe it either darling." Lena replies. "Ok! Photo time! Everyone gather around!" Eliza calls.

Everyone quickly gathers around the high chair. Barry holds Nora and stands next to Iris, while Barry holds Mia and joins Felicity. Eventually everyone surrounds Kara and Lena and Eliza now has the camera ready. "Ok...on three say cheese!" Elizabeth says. "CHEEEESE!" Everyone calls out as the camera flashes a couple times.

After a few pictures are taken Kara sets out the 'smash' cake for Athena, as Lena passes out cupcakes to everyone else. "Thanks!" Iris says as she takes a pink cupcake. "Looks like you're about to loose it to Nora." Lena say as chuckling. As the party continues the babies have now completely all gotten covered with frosting. "Where are the wipes?" Felicity asked. "Over there. We stocked up specifically for this." Kara replied as she pointed to the coffee table. "Thanks!" Felicity called as she walked over to get some. "Kara? Can I hold Athena?" William asks. "Oh sure! Just be careful ok." Kara replied as she passed her over Oliver's son.

"I will. Mom lets me help with Mia. I've gotten really good at changing diapers." William said. "I bet you have. That's good though." Kara replied chuckling at him as she walked back into the kitchen. "Where's Athena?" Lena asks. "She's over there on the blanket now with Nora and Mia. Williams babysitting them." Kara said pointing to the living room. "It's ten dollars an hour for his services on date nights." Oliver chimed in. "That's ok. We have free babysitters here." Lena replied.

As the day goes on everyone begins to take their leave either through the door or through a portal to another earth. Eventually it's just the three of them again. "Did you have a good birthday darling?" Kara asked. "I think she definitely did. She has more toys and now more clothes than I have for myself. I think Iris, Felicity, Sara and Ava went way too overboard on clothes for our daughter." Lena said. "Oh..not to mention the loud toys that Oliver, Barry, and Kal got for her...Rao!" Kara grumbled. "Oh love if they get too noisy we can just send them with her to one of her grandmothers houses." Lena replied with a smirk.

Kara looks at Lena and smiled. "I married a pure evil genius! Do you hear that Athena...your mommy is an evil genius." Kara whispered. "Oh don't listen to her darling. Momma is just joking sweetheart. Come now let's go put your things away." Lena replied. Kara put Athena in the swing as she and Lena began picking up the living room and kitchen.
