Two days later Athena and her mom's returned home to a packed penthouse. All of their friends came to see the newest addition to the Luthor-Danvers family. "Aren't you a cute little bean! I can't wait till you start walking so I can teach you how to throw a punch." Sara cooed. "You are not teaching her to be an assassin." Lena scoffed. "I never said I was..I'm just gonna teach her how to defend herself though." Sara replied. "I'll make sure my wife doesn't go overboard." Ava said. "You better, or. I'll personally kick her ass." Kara teased.
After all of Athena's adopted aunts and uncles from different earths got a turn to coddle her Kara put her in her swing so she could take a well deserved nap. "All jokes aside Kar...she's a really gorgeous baby. And soon she'll have a little baby Nora to have play dates with." Iris said. "I know! I can't wait to have play dates." Kara replied. "I can't wait either." Lena said joining them. "Lena, how was delivery for you?" Iris asked. "It was ok, I had a tight grip on Kara's hand though. Thank Rao she's indestructible." Lena joked. "Yea that is good. I'm not sure how Barry will handle me squeezing his hand when it's my turn to give birth." Iris replied.
"I'm sure he'll be able to handle it. Even if you break his hand, he'll heal quickly." Kara added. "I know I will...but it'll still hurt." Barry groaned. "Hey guys! Food's ready!" Alex calls. "Oh good! I'm gettin hungry!" Kara and Barry said at the same time. Iris and Lena laugh at them as they follow them over to the tables. Once they get their plates filled Kara and Lena join Barry, Iris, Oliver and Felicity at a table along with Eliza and Elizabeth.
"So Oliver how do you know Kara?" Elizabeth asked. "Uh...we met when some aliens came to our earth to destroy it." Oliver replied. "Yea! She was a big help in the fight." Barry added. "I'm glad she was able to help." Elizabeth added. "I'm glad I could help too. It was a lot of fun defeating them." Kara beamed.
"So Sara? When did you end things with Lucy?" Alex asked. "Soon after I decided to stay with the Legends. She didn't like it...but she seems to be happier with James anyway. And I'm really happy with Ava...even if I did get pregnant by a kiss..." Sara grumbled about the last part. "Hey..that was some kiss though." Ava teased.
The conversation flowed easily around the penthouse that day, even with all the noise Athena continued sleeping like the little angel she is.
