Hello fellow writers and readers! I wanted to make some disclaimers here to keep them out of the summary.
This is a slightly slower story, so prepare for the long haul in the drama and fluff factory before spicey content. (Especially if you are here from Soulbound, this one ain't gonna give it you quite that easy) Your back story/powers will be revealed as you read, I want some of it to be as much a surprise as the story itself ;P Also this is definitely for my fellow witchy girlies out here, love you all and blessed be <3 Now onto the actual disclaimers:
1. Some spoilers for both Hazbin and Helluvaboss. Story takes place right after the events of the first season, its assumed some events of Helluvaboss are happening during this time.
2. Due to your set of powers in this story there is a LOT of bodily harm, including instances of you cutting your own wrists/hands. I will do my best to indicate chapters were there are particularly detailed descriptions or discussions on it, but frankly if this kind of stuff is triggering for you I'd suggest a skip on this one since there will also be worse things than that here.
3: Lemons present, I repeat LEMONS ARE PRESENT
I understand that some people do not like any sexual content with Alastor due to his completely cannon in show identity as asexual. That is 100% valid. This work, or any of my works for that matter, are not meant to red con or push against this in the slightest. This is just fun fannon fic stuff and is not reflective of the cannon story or what I even wish for in cannon. However, if this is not your cup of tea the heavy lemon chapters will have warnings at the top and around the lemons if applicable. Otherwise this may not be the book for you.
This work does attempt (big emphasis on attempt) to paint him more demisexual than my other book Alastor X Reader: Soulbound which is much more self indulgent in that aspect, and basically conveniently circumvents the whole thing with the lovely soulmate AU trope. If thats more your style feel free to head over there XD
4. I do not own Hazbin or Helluva boss or any of its characters or concepts.
5. I am making up backstories in places, and I am elongating some timelines to give me more wiggle room to write with - specifically how long hellborns live for. None of my changes/addons are cannon to the original Hazbin/Helluva universe. Also some liberties are taken with the rules of the universe.
