"Sorry it took a while, gathering the ingredients was much harder than I expected, have the nausea gotten any better?" Freya asked as she set up the spell.

"Minus the fact that she threw up a few times, I'll so no." Hope responded as Josie held an arm over her eyes.

"I just want to live and be myself, is that too much to ask for?" She groans and Hope laughe lightly.

"Apparently." The auburn jokes receiving a glare from the brunette.

"It's probably just a bug, this is going to be cold." Freya tugged on Josie's shirt which the girl swiftly took off.

"Sounds like you're about to get an ultrasound." Hope teases.

"Hope I swear to God." Josie threatens.

"Oh come on, that was funny." Hope fake pouts and Josie roll her eyes.

Freya began applying the ironic gel like potion onto Josie's body from head to toe making Josie squeal from the hit of coldness. Freya chanted a quick spell and her hands began glowing a blue hue as she trail her hands up and down Josie's body once then redid it and focused on the area she sensed something. Her hands trailed from Josie's breast to her uterus and that's where she felt the strongest.

"And you're not on?" Freya questioned and Josie rose an eyebrow.

"No." She answered swiftly.

"Hm, maybe an ultrasound will be needed here." Freya pulls out her phone after doing a clean up spell and Josie sat up but fell right back down as a wave of nauseousness hits her.

"What?" Hope asks in shock.

"Why?" Josie wonders in panic.

"There's something there and I need to verify what." Freya dialed her Elena's number.

"So you think I might be pregnant?" Josie asks in even more panic.

"I didn't say that but that is a possibility." Freya sighed.

"I never had a you know up there before, how is that possible?" Josie sat up again, this time with success.

"Just relax for me, we'll see and nothing has been confirmed yet." Freya left the room and Hope turned to the panic-struck girl

"What are you going to do if you're pregnant?" She asks.

"The last thing I will ever do is abort a child so keep it I guess. But there's no way...right?" Josie more so questioned herself.

"I don't know Jo. Who was the last man you were with?" Hope wondered.

"Mg." Josie answered and they both knew that vampires couldn't get people pregnant so that wasn't a possibility.

"So...How the hell?" Hope asks and Josie huffs.

"I don't know Hope!" She snaps and Hope put up her hands in defense.

"Okay okay, I'm sorry. Just relax and breathe. Stress isn't good for the baby." She began to caress Josie's back and Josie eyes closed but she also whispered the last part and Josie's eyes snapped back open.

"Incendia." Josie casted and Hope shot up.

"AY!" She yelps and tried to put out the spell but Josie was also controlling it so it was practically impossible.

"I— Oh dear God." Freya sighs and put out the fire and Hope glared at Josie who held an even bigger one back with the cross of her arms. "Anyways, your aunt should. be here so we can do the ultrasound." She tells the brunette who gives her a nod in return.

"You lit me on fire." Hope stated.

"I'm not sorry." Josie shrugs and Freya turned to leave because she was about to laugh.

The duo began to bicker as well so she grateful she made the decision beforehand. After about a 20 minute wait, Elena arrives with the machine a Caroline is by her side.

"What's this for? You're not pregnant again are you?" Caroline questioned.

"Mom I know you're blonde but please." Josie sighs and Caroline rose an eyebrow.

"Are you the one pregnant Ms. Attitude?" She half jokingly asks and Josie eyes widened.

"I really do hope not." Josie mutters.

"What do you mean you hope not?" Caroline crossed her arms.

"Freya says my uterus is being weird and that it's a possibility but I never slept with a boy." Josie explains.

"Did you happen to sleep with a girl, with a—" Caroline was about to ask but Josie immediately cuts her off when she realized what Caroline was asking.

"Mom!?! NO! I DID NOT SLEEP WITH HOPE!" Josie pulled a horrified face.

"Okay okay, it was just a question." Caroline put up her hands in defense.

"An allegation more so, that's so nasty." Josie fake gags.

"Rude." Hope crossed her arms.

"You pissed me off so you can fall in a well." Josie scoffs.

"Well then." Hope smirks at her joke while Josie grimaces.

"Please leave." She says.

"My wolf needs confirmation that you're okay so I cannot." Hope shrugs.

"Ugh." Josie huffed, throwing her head back.

"Be appreciative." Hope rubbed Josie's belly making her shoot her head back up.

"Incen—" Josie was immediately cut off by Caroline.

"NO! We are not doing this again. Josie you have to stop setting people on fire." Caroline scolded.

"Hope is being annoying." Josie crossed her arms.

"At least you're not stressed anymore. Lift your shirt." Freya instructed and Hope shoots Josie a smirk while Josie rolled her eyes then did as told.

Freya applied the gel and Elena handed her the transducer. Elena clicks on the sonogram and Freya applied the device on Josie's belly. She shivers at the coldness of the gel and looks up at the sonogram to see nothing. Freya continues to search until all the adults made a collective noise.

"That's—" Elena cuts herself off.

"Oh dear..." Caroline trailed off as she sits down, feeling her head spinning.

"What is it?" Josie wondered, looking around in panic.

Freya hesitated before speaking seeing the girl getting scared.

"This? Means that you're pregnant." Freya sighed.

"What?" Hope and Josie asks at the same time.

"Seems like my work here is going to last longer than I expected." Freya turned off the machine and cleaned up the gel. "I'm going to go research the possibilities of this happening, worst case scenario, we head dive." She tells them before leaving the room while Elena followed to assist the woman.

Josie turned to her mom to see her deep in thought then to Hope who was staring at her stomach making her squirm slightly, this was the first time she felt off from being stared at by the auburn. The look she was giving her didn't feel right to her because she couldn't read or see what she was thinking. But what was circulating through Josie's brain was how this could happen.
