Almost a week had passed since the birth of the couple's twins and Hope has been teaching Josie's the basics of vampirism.

"They are both just disgusting, I can't drink it." Josie ran frustrated hands through her hair while Hope frowned.

"You need to drink something Jo." Hope sighs and Josie shakes her head.

"Our babies are crying, we'll discuss it later." She vamps away, which she easily had gotten the hang of.

She never thought she'd ever be a vampire but I guess her life is full of surprises. Forever 18 at least. She picks up Nikolai while Hayes held an annoyed expression.

"Why is he always so angry when Niko starts crying?" Hope observed the boy with brunette hair as he side eyes his twin brother.

"I don't know, baby please stop crying. You have a clean diaper, you are fed and burped. You must be tired so just sleep." Josie pecks Nikolai's now rosy cheek but he does not stop crying.

"Here let me try." Hope ushered.

"I swear if he stops I'm going to bite you." Josie passed the baby boy to the auburn.

"Kinky, not in front of the kids babe." Hope smirked and Josie rolled her eyes.

"Whatever." She muttered. Soon enough the newborn does stop crying revealing his glossy ocean blue and chocolate brown eyes and Josie frowned. As said, she does bite Hope's neck while accidentally blood and she licks her lips then hummed at the taste of the blood. "Your blood tastes delicious." Josie licked the remaining blood from Hope's neck as the small wound healed quickly.

"Good to know." Hope shakes her head from the brunette's action.

"Can I feed from you after they fall asleep?" Josie rested her chin on Hope's shoulder and Hope locked eyes with the brunette then smirked.

"You're still healing babe." She shakes her head once again then stood up to put the now sleeping boy down.

"Actually aunt Freya gave the all clear." Josie bit her lip.

"Aunt Freya?" Hope rose an eyebrow, looking back at her girlfriend while she tucked their son in.

"I gave birth to two Mikaelson's and died while doing so, I deserve that Mikaelson's title." Josie pulled Hope towards herself after Hope had stood.

"Yeah?" Hope let her hand glide up Josie's throat and cupped the brunette's jaw.

"Yes." Josie licks her lips.

"Okay." Hope smirked then vamped away shocking Josie.

"Where are you going?" Josie stood and listened for her girlfriend. "Hope?" She asked as she vamped to their room but made sure the twins were okay before doing so.

She turns around to the heart beat and watched as Hope closed the door. Hope pulls Josie into her and locked their lips in a deep passionate kiss. Their lips move in sync as Hope pulls Josie to the bed, sitting and pulling Josie on top of her. Hope separated the kiss causing their eyes to lock and Josie can see and feel the electricity of their love flowing which is why she is now unintentionally crying.

"What's wrong babe?" Hope wiped her girlfriend's fallen tears.

"I don't know, sorry." Josie laughs as she also wipes her tears.

"Don't cry, I didn't even propose to you yet." Hope says while smiling but Josie didn't register what was said.

"It wasn't in—Wait huh?" She locked eyes with Hope then looked down at the case with a beautiful ring in it.

"Will you be my wife, Josie Saltzman?" Hope relocked their eyes and smiled.

Josie places a hand over her mouth with her jaw completely dropped. Tears welled and fell as she practically starts sobbing.

"Hope." She chokes out, utterly lost from words.

"We don't have to get married now of course since you're still in highschool but I want everyone to know who captured my heart and who I have the pleasure to spend my life with and hopefully the rest of it. I love you more than the stars, Always and Forever." Hope pecked Josie's now trembling hand while wiping some tears.

"When did you even buy a ring?" Josie managed to ask, just shocked from the whole moment.

"My mom gave it to me, I told her I wanted to marry you and she gave me the ring my step-dad gave her." Hope informs and Josie eyes softened.

"Can I accept this?" Josie observed the ring further and Hope lets out a shaky breath.

"Up to you my love." She answers and Josie looks up to see her biting the inside of her cheek nervously making the brunette giggle.

"No I mean the ring in general, it's a yes to your proposal." Josie reassured and Hope eyes immediately flash gold and her ears perk.

"Yes?" She wonders if she heard correctly.

"Yes Hope of course." Josie nods and Hope lunges forward locking their lips together.

"Whether or not you accept this ring, it's going on your finger." She mutters, slipping the ring on after they separated from the kiss to then crash their lips together one more.

"Hope." Josie whines, not entirely protesting but also trying to hide her smile.

"Now my fiancee, about your offer?" Hope smirked and Josie bit her lip with a hidden smile.

"Vampire sex?" She questioned and Hope eyebrows rose from the possibility.

"Vampire sex...absolutely." Hope quickly flip their positions using vamp speed and smashed their lips into a deep and lust filled kiss.

Josie lets out a small moan before pulling away and throwing off her shirt. Just in case, she does put up another sound cancelling spell unsure if Hope did already, she usually does. Hope was still undressing them both as Josie placed the spell and was now kissing down her jaw. Trailing to her neck, her hands roamed down the arch of Josie's back until they reached below the brunette's thighs.

"Good God..." Josie mutters when she feels Hope member pressing firmly against her center.

Hope nips Josie's sweet spot then kissed and sucked on the area making Josie arch into the auburn. Then suddenly a knock on the door broke them both out of their trance.

"Josie? Are you in there?" Caroline voice is heard and Josie immediately jumps off of Hope and begins to put on clothes.

"Shit..." Hope sighs, laying on the bed with a sad frown and Josie lets out a giggle as she straightens her hair.

"Sorry." She tells the auburn and Hope only sits up.

"Hide the ring." Hope instructs and Josie turns around with a frown. "I want our family to have a dinner until we reveal to them." She then explains and Josie frown turns into a smile as she walks over to her fiancé.

"Oh okay, I'll be back. I love you." Josie cups Hope's face.

"Je t'aime aussi mon amour." Hope responded and Josie bit her lip then locked their lips until there was another knock in the door.

"Coming!" Josie groaned and gestured for Hope to go take a shower which she complied.

Before the brunette opens the door, she places an illusion spell on the ring making it vanish then swings the door open. Lizzie watches as the hickeys on her neck slowly dissipates while although their parents didn't take notice of the marks, they did take notice of Hope's clothes on the brunette's body and rose an eyebrow.

"I hope we weren't interrupting something." Alaric clears his throat and Josie mustered up a smile.

"It's fine, we were just talking." Josie lets out a light sigh then closed the door behind her as they made their to another room.
