"Alright Josie, how has the past month been?" Elena began questioning once Josie was sat properly on the chair.

"Relaxing but also very starving, I feel like I eat so much." Josie sighed as she relaxes.

"Did you find out who the other parent is?" Elena turned and look at the auburn head as she plays with what she thought was a popsicle sticks.

"Hm? Oh no, and she lost a bet with Lizzie to debate on whether or not who should come. Hope please put the tongue depressor down." Josie rolled her eyes and Elena giggles. "I mean they both wanted to come so I don't know, Hope obviously won." She concluded her story and Elena nodded.

"You should be about three months along from my calculations." Elena began writing something down after observing Josie's belly.

"So I should have the baby in June or August?" Josie perks up slightly.

"August more likely but yes." Elena smiled at the girl's sudden excitement.

"That seems so far yet so close, so can we hear the baby's heartbeat yet?" Josie asks.

"You could've heard it last month, but it's definitely much stronger now." Elena reveals.

"Can I hear please?" Josie continues to ask and Elena nods.

"Of course, let me go get the doppler." She set her clipboard down and left the room while Hope took the seat next to bed.

"I'll call the baby JoJo from now on since we don't know the gender yet." Hope laid her head gently on Josie's stomach.

"As a wolf, you really can't sense the father?" Josie frowned a bit.

"The baby's scent is masked by yours, all I can sense is the wolf gene." Hope tells her.

"Doesn't that wolf gene come from the other parent." Josie mentions.

"Yes but I can only sense its presence, not where it originated from or who." Hope clarifies.

"Ugh you're so useless." Josie crossed her arms with a huff.

"No, without me you get really bad pregnant pains." Hope pulled a smug expression.

"Because this baby likes your wolf and you bring the baby comfort." Josie shrugs.

"Aren't you glad that I came?" Hope smirked and Josie rose an eyebrow then smirked as well.

"I prefer my sister." She whispers and Hope head shoots up with a drop of her jaw.

"Alright, lets you set up then we can hear your baby's little heartbeat." Elena informs and Josie gives a small nod while still smirking from teasing Hope.

Once Elena set the equipment up, she first placed the doppler sensor on top of Josie's stomach and moved on to the point where she heard the heartbeat the loudest.

"Interesting...Here you are." Elena handed the device to the teen and Josie listened to the back to back heartbeats.

"Should JoJo have such a quick heartbeat?" Josie wondered anxiously.

"Well since you are a Gemini twin and having twins is not a rare occurrence. I think there are two JoJos." Elena informs.

"Twins?" Josie asks softly.

"Mhm, we can confirm using an ultrasound. I wanted to check because your stomach looks much bigger than 3 months." Elena grabbed the gel and Hope shoots up.

"May I?" She ushered.

"Sure." Elena handed the tube over and turned her attention to setting up the machine.

"What are you going to do?" Josie squinted her eyes suspiciously.

"Nothing nothing." Hope smirked and squirted the cold gel onto the brunette's stomach then grabbed the transducer that Elena also held up and used it to spread the gel.

She searched for the baby and as soon as an image does pop up, they see two small fetuses with their visible tiny hearts. Hope was too focused on the twins, she hadn't realized the brunette had started crying and Elena had stepped away from the duo.

"I don't know if this is a small moment but your wolf is showing and you are siphoning from Hope." Elena mentions and they both snap back to reality.

"Sorry, ugh stupid wolf." Hope closed her eyes and shook her head to get a sense of control back.

"That also a habit, when I get emotional I siphon." Josie released the magic in the pendant she was wearing, Hope had gotten it for her when she first started siphoning.

"Everything okay now? I'm human and would like to grow old." Elena cracks a joke to relieve a bit of the tension which seemed to work since the duo laughs.

"Yes we are fine now." Hope says once their laughter died down a bit.

"Are you sure you haven't found the other parent?" Elena picks up her clipboard.

"What are you insisting?" Josie asked, already knowing the answer and Elena sighs.

"Just take it into consideration, it isn't impossible. Also please inform Freya that you having twins, maybe she can give more information about the Potivulum." She instructs and Josie pulls a face then nods. They get her and the equipment cleaned up then made their way to the lobby. "Remember, to continue to take those vitamins." Elena lastly tells Josie then disappears while Josie turns to Hope.

"You are going to need more than that brochure to learn about parenthood." She decided to say and Hope eyebrow shoots up and she grabbed some more before following the brunette to her car.

"Wait why am I grabbing these?" The auburn scanned them as she gets into the car after Josie had already gotten in.

"Well aunt Elena is right, you could possibly be the other parent of these babies so you mind as well get a jump start since you seem to not want to leave my side anyways." Josie rolled her eyes playfully and Hope huffed.

"Hmm...Okay fine, I'll make you this deal of playing this "father" role until we figure out the identity of their other parent." She set the brochures down and started her car. "Are you hungry?" Hope asks Josie who rubbing her belly as she observed the Mystic Falls town.

"Very." She responds after a few moments of thinking.

Hope nods then drove them to the nearest place where they can go and grab a bite.
