Luca's POV

Someone knocks on the front door not much later, and all of us look at each other when we realise that it's Denver.

I'm an Omega, so I can't smell his scents as quickly as the rest of the werewolves, but Denver scent is very strong, because he's an Alpha, so I can already smell it.

"I need a moment!" Jason says loudly, to let Denver know that he will have to wait for a while.

Jason's friend grabs Parker's arm, and he makes him stand up, which makes Parker groan.

He tried to get out of the guards grip, but the guard is stronger than him, and he forces him to his knees.

I look at Parker, and my eyes widen when the guard hits his shoulder harshly, making Parker whine in pain.

"Sorry." Parker says, and then the guard pull him to his feet, before he locks him in his room.

Jason walks out of one of the rooms with a key in his hand, and he can see my shocked expression.

But he decides that opening the door for Denver is more important for now, so he does that.

"Why is Luca's here?" Denver asked him, right after Jason opens the door.

"He came here to talk with me." Jason tells him.

"Why?" Denver asks, and he walks inside of the apartment, before he looks around to make sure that everything is how it's supposed to be.

"Because we're mates, and he wanted to make sure that I know about it." Jason tells him, and Denver reluctantly nods.

"You're not supposed to let Parker out of his room more than twice in a day, other than the time that he has to go to the bathroom." Denver reminds, most likely smelling that Parker was here just before he came inside.

"Sorry." Jason say, and Denver rolls his eyes, before he extends his hand towards my mate.

Jason gives him the keys to Parker's room, and Denver walks away from him.

I watch him as he opens the door, and I wonder if he's already done with scolding Jason.

"Hi, my favourite uncle." Parker says with a smile, and Denver looks at him for a while, most likely with an unamused smile, but that doesn't make Parker's smile fall at all.

"You have to go to the pack hospital for a while." Denver tells Parker, and that makes Parker panic slightly.

"Why?" Parker asks him.

"You know why." Denver tells him, before he steps aside for Parker to be able to walk out of his room.

Parker decides to walk back into his room, and I can hear that he sits on his bed, which is out of my sight.

"Grab him guys." Denver tells Jason and the other guard.

"You should go Luca, he's not going to be very happy about it, and I will most likely have to stay with him at the pack hospital to make sure that he won't run away." Jason tells me.

I nod slightly, although I keep looking at him while he goes inside of Parker's room.

"Leave me alone!" Parker shouts loudly, and I can hear that he's trying to fight against them, although I'm pretty sure that he's not strong enough to defend himself anymore.

I let out a frustrated sigh, and then I walk out of the apartment, hoping that Parker will be alright.
