Maybe This Will Not Last

Chapter 30

Jason's POV

I guess that Pascal called Denver, because he's the first one that comes here, although Pascal and his mate aren't far behind him.

"What happened here?" Pascal asks me the same question that I tried to find an answer to for the last few minutes after Denver asked me about it.

Thankfully, Denver quickly decided that I won't be able to tell him much, and he decided to check on the other guy, who is still asleep.

"It seems that this boy is in hit, but I think that they didn't actually do anything, since the smell of his heat is still strong.

And he doesn't have enough of Jason's scent on him." Denver says, and then he takes the boy's clothes, before he puts his pants on him.

My eyes widen slightly when I realise what Denver said, and I let out a sigh of relieve, before I allow myself to sit on the ground.

"Thank you, Goddess." I say, and Pascal quickly comes to sit next to me.

"We should take you to the pack hospital, you don't look very well." Pascal tells me, and I nod slightly.

I don't want to go to the pack hospital, but I'm not even sure if I will be able to walk, so I guess that I don't have any other option.

"Do you want me to call Luca?" Denver asked me while he helps me stand up.

"No, I will talk with him later." I say, and he nods slightly, before he looks at Pascal to see if he will manage to carry the boy alone.

When Pascal assures him that he will be fine, Denver gestures for Raid to help him with me, and then we walk towards the pack house.

The doctor decides that he should check the Omega first, because he isn't sure if he's just sleeping, or is he's unconscious.

Pascal and Raid stay with me, while Denver has to go, so he can call the boy's family to let them know that he's here.

About half an hour later, the doctor come here, and he checks a few things, before he tells me that I can go.

I make sure to thank Pascal and Raid for their help, and then I consider if I should go to my room or to Luca's house.

I decide that I should go to my room, but when I get there, I get lonely very quickly, so I take my phone out, and I call Luca.

"Can you come over?" I ask him right after he picks up.

"Where are you?" He asks me after a moment of silence.

"In my room." I say.

"I will be there soon." He tells me, and then he hangs up.

I wait on him here, and I wonder what I should tell him.

I guess that I will have to apologise for ignoring him first, and then I will tell him everything that happened today, although I'm not really sure if I will be able to do that.
