As we were swimming under them, someone was swimming toward us. He reached us - wait, no, I'm sorry, she - reached us and said," welcome to Aquadia! Please, come this way. The king and queen are expecting your arrival."

The lady guiding us has blonde hair and is wearing a shell top. She looks as if she's in her mid to late 30's, but looks can be decieving - especially with mermaids. She led us through several long corridors, each of them lined with the same mother-of-pearl as before. Every now and again we would pass a huge pearl about the size of one's head. I wonder where they got that from... I thought.
I don't know, Sera. That must be one huge clam to get that from, Em told me in my head. Yes, mermaids can talk to each other in their minds.
Woah, Em? What are you doing in my head?
Calm down, Sera. Mermaids can link have a mind-link with one another. Royals can link with other royals, their mates, and commoners;but commoners can only link with other commoners and their own mates, Zane told me.
Woah... ok. ha ha cool. So everyone has a mate?

We kept going like this for a few minutes, talking to each other using our mind-link. Finally, a familiar voice snapped me out of my thoughts. "Welcome to Aquadia, Seraphina and Emerald, rightful Princesses of the kingdom." No way! It's......
