We swam along the cobblestone path leading from the gardens to the gates of the castle wall. After spending all morning in the palace seaweed beds, we were halpy to finally get Tavien moving. We got to the gate and sneaked a glance of what we would be 'touring' in just a few minutes - the city of Aquadia.
It looked nothing like any human structure I've seen. The buildings were made out of coral, just like the palace. While the palace was every color one can think of, the houses only had just a few colors. The houses weren't shaped like a normal house, like you would think they would be. They were spiral shaped - circular at the bottom but rounded at the top.
Tavien swam ahead of us a little bit and turned around, facing us. "All right, guys I have a friend I'm supposed to visit. Please, be nice.", Tavien begged.
Alyssa's face quivered as if she was going to burst out laughing. She kept her cool, though, and didn't." Tavien, are we going to see who I think it is?", Alyssa asked Tavien.
"Well, that depends on who you think it is. Who?"
"I'm not saying. You should know who."
"We'll there's alot of 'whos'. Which who are you talking about?"
"One of them who is a girl. If I told you that would be no fun."
"Alyssa, please tell......", Tavien broke off knowing exactly who she was talking about. "No!!! No, no no, no, no! No! You are not going to embarrass me in front of her. Don't even think about it. Do you understand? You do that to me every time you go to visit her with me."
"Don't worry. Don't worry. I'll be good. I promise."
"You'd better be. Sera,", Tavien directed to me. "Do you think you could watch Alyssa to make sure she doesn't embarrass me in any way?"
"Yeah. Sure.", I replied.
