there's such a funny point at which
they become not someone you used to know
but a stranger you know so much about
then further to a stranger who's face
seems oh so familar
but you've forgotten all about
yet still hold this faint hatred of
and last on the trip, we have that which befits us all
forgetting who they are.
forgetting all they've done to make you different.
all they've ended up wronging you by.
and perhaps coming to terms with what used to hurt
maybe I'll soon forget
but ill not forget how ive changed
and ill give your ideas no more time once i leave
as now, ill finally win back my mind
and i won't lose my mind in the future.

i soon wish i can have someone understanding in my future.
