we all gathered around the table talking. dinner  was good i had my plate of food, went to the bathroom to make sure it was out of me, and returned back to help clean the kitchen.

"thanks for your help honey" lizzie said as i put the last dishes on the drying rack.

"it's okay" i smiled and we went to the couch. for tonight's movie we didn't watch a movie we watched modern family. i was starting to get used to this routine.

rose and i we're playing roblox on our phones. specifically fashion famous. and i was winning until my phone died.

the hours slipped away and they decided to stay the night. one of lizzie's couches pulled out to a bed so rose and i would share that while the boys had the beds and liz and scarlett had her bed.

i went and had a shower but lizzie gave me a 15 minute limit. i knew she was scared i would do something but i couldn't. not now.

i had a shower putting some of the clean clothes i still had here on. afterwards rose went in and i walked back to lizzie with my brush.

"could you help me with my hair please" i asked because my arms were already tired from trying.
she motioned for me to sit down infront of her and brushed my hair continuing her conversation with scarlett.

not long later everyone had had their showers and were off to bed. "you girls alright, enough blankets?" the women were mothering over us.

we nodded saying goodnight and all the lights turned off. i rolled around for a bit but i couldn't fall asleep. looking too my left rose was fast asleep so i stayed staring at the ceiling.

the next morning.

i was woken by a body jumping onto me. "i said wake them softly" i then heard scarlets voice. i get hit with one of roses arms and looking ovet i see her face of annoyance as her brother was rolling ontop of her and she was trying to push him off.

i sat up and said good morning to everyone. getting mattie to climb off of me, i stood finding my footing to walk to the toilet. when i got back everyone was gathered around the table eating breakfast.

i sat with them sticking with my glass of water, i had a curly straw in it. "grab anything that you want" scarlett guided me but i shook my head politely declining.

"y/n why aren't you eating again?" mattie asked with the most innocent look on his face. he tilted his head in confusion as i didn't answer him.

"i'm not hungry in the mornings remember? i'll eat later" i said quietly to him since he was beside me. hoping he got the message to shut up.

"but you said that all week and you never did" he complained again. "you tell me my body needs food to function so why doesn't yours" it was a genuine question. he's just a kid.

i could feel the stares of the family looking at me and i didnt want to look up.
i grabbed a pancake and some fruit to stop mattie from saying more. when i looked at everyone they quickly took their eyes off me.

after breakfast we all cleared the plates and got ready for school. all the kids were in the bathroom so i couldn't do what i needed and i was panicking.

just before we left i rushed to the toilet quickly.

roses pov
"but you said that all week and you never did" we all watched the conversation between the siblings. she ended up grabbing some food so we all took our attention back to our meals.

soon enough everyone was rushing around to get ready for school since we were running a bit late.

i started doing my hair in the bathroom before getting distracted by my mother calling the boys to hurry up. she was going to drop them to their school on the way to work.

y/n says goodbye to mattie telling him to be good. my brother just glared at me and left without saying anything.

"you girls ready to go?" lizzie questioned coming back in in her teacher outfits. she looked so intimidating in them.

"lemme go to the toilet first" y/n called half way down the hall already. lizzie yelled back an okay and that reminded me i only had my half done hair.

i walked down the hallway and heard repeated i don't know shoots of water and then coughing. "you okay?" i asked knocking on the door, it wasn't locked so me hitting it caused it to push open.

i see y/n knelt over the toilet with watery eyes. she looked like she was about to say something but got cut off by a gag and a cough. she spat into the toilet and flushed it standing up.

"y/n why are you throwing up again, this is the 2nd time i've seen you in the past week" i walked towards her with concern. i'm starting to think this wasn't a sickness thing.

"rose forget it" she said washing her mouth out and brushing her teeth.
"no, tell me what's wrong" i said giving up on my hair and leaving it out.

"it doesn't matter dauriac, no one cares" she shook her head washing her face and rubbing her eyes.

"you can talk to me y/n/n" i said keeping her from leaving the bathroom. i was worried.

"we have to go girls!" lizzie called and she took the chance to brush passed me. they were in the car already when i got in and were having a conversation about her english assessment.
