roses house was in the middle of renovations right now since her dad had a break from work so she and cosmo were staying with us while her parents worked on it.

scarlett wanted me to paint a mural on one of their walls outside so i was currently sketching up ideas for her.

as well as doing this i was in the middle of making mattie a christmas themed spider mattie comic book. lizzie had gotten me brush pens a while ago and im obsessed. i dont usually colour becuase im scared or ruining my drawings but u love this.

"y/n! come on a run with me" rose said coming into what was now our room.  now soccer season was over all she wanted to do was other exercise to stay in shape. and i did not have the energy to keep up with it.

"ask monica" i said knowing she wouldn't either.
"she's on holidays remember" i sighed and looked at her with an annoyed expression. we really acted like siblings at this point. all 4 of us.

"come on come on come on" she said opening her half of my drawers and getting out a long sleeve gymshark top and the matching tights.

i still glared at her.
it's so cold.
it's literally winter.
she is insane.

"i hate you so much" i said putting my stuff down and getting up grabbing the stuff from her hands.

she smiled and i got changed. the clothes cold compared to the warm jumper i had been living in.

we walked out to the kitchen and she filled grabbed a glass of water. lizzie was there doing some christmas cooking.

she was making a bunch of cookies for us to decorate later. "we're going on a run auntie" rose said as she started putting her shoes on.

"i'm being heavily forced into this" i said and lizzie wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

"we're having stirfry for dinner so be home by 6" she said and we nodded leaving.

rose liked to walk to out of the neighbourhood to start running. so we were on a not so nice stroll right now.

ever since living with lizzie, and going to treatment. i had been eating a lot better. sure some days are really hard but for the most part im doing better. so that means i have the energy to do things like this now.

we started the run and it was horrible. the cold air did not sit nicely in my lungs. after a couple laps of the lake i decided i was done. rose kept going. around and around and around. i laid in the snow fully sinking into it.

after a bit rose grabbed my hand and pulled me up. "you're going to get hypothermia" she said and i shrugged. the snow made my body feel good.

i felt like i could run again. "race you back to the house" i said running off. she shouted after me and i could hear her chasing after me.

i got to the house an crashed through the front door. i heard lizzie scream in shock then rose came in a second later.

"holy shit you're fast" rose said heaving and catching her breath. i laughed sinking to the floor.

"yeah i just hate running"
"you could seriously go into track"
"that means training" i said and gladly accepted the water lizzie gave me.

i went and had a warm shower before getting into a fresh set of pyjamas.

my clothes have doubled since living here. which
wasn't hard since i owned, jeans, a hoodie and then a couple shirts. it just wasn't a necessity. but now i go out a lot more. lizzie takes us fancy places so i needed more clothes apparently.

when i went back to the lounge room the boys were home and starving after school.
mattie jumped and gave me a hug.

i laid on the couch with a blanket over me tempted to fall asleep. rose came jumping over the couch and took half the blanket. "ugh you're so cold" she complained.

"you're the one that made me run in winter"
"you're the one that almost fell asleep in the snow"

i took the remote and started to play madeline argys new video lizzie was cooking and scarlett walked into the house with paint on her hands.

she said hi to us all before joining lizzie in the kitchen. me and rose were laughing at the video and soon we were called for dinner.

i was very settled into this house now so i wasn't always on edge. "thank you for dinner" i said as we all sat down.

the boys were talking about how fun school is now they are just doing games and christmas activities.
