Sparrows Academy 2005
Ben, Fei, Alphonso, Sloane, Jayme and Marcus was in the training room off the mat with their black training GI on, listening to you and Pogo teaching.
"Just because something is right in front of you does not mean..." you said as you and Pogo walked behind them and Pogo poke to Alphonso with his stick "Hey!" Alphonso said "...it is within reach. There is always something in the way. Sometimes it is your opponent" Pogo said as he walked over to the other end of the mat before Jayme and Ben walked out on the mat.
"Sometimes it is yourself" you said as Jayme and Ben stepped in front of each other with a small bell in between them in the middle.
Jayme and Ben bowed to each other before they both got in a fighting position.
"Start the match!" you and Pogo said in Japanese and the two started fighting with Ben stopping Jayme from kicking the bell with his foot and Jayme did the same.
They both let out a fighting grunt as Ben threw a punch at Jayme , but she blocked it with her arms.
She threw a punch at him but he grabbed her hand and he then tried to kick the bell with his foot but she stopped it with her leg.
She was about to kick the bell again, but Ben kicked it with his left foot.
She then punched him in the waist, and punched him again in the lower abdomen. She threw a third punch but this time Ben managed to block it as he took a hold of Jayme's hand and kicked her in the stomach before he punched her in the face.
Jayme grunted in pain as Ben spinned her around before he threw a punch at her and she blocked it with her left arm.
He took a hold of her hand and turned around trying to distract her, but she was a skilled fighter. She shrugged of Ben's hand that was holding her right arm and flipped Ben off.
From the floor Ben grunted and extended his left foot and tried to trip Jayme, but she jumped up and managed to avoid it.
Ben got up and he threw a circle kick at her but she ducked down before she jumped up in the air, swinging a kick at him but he ducked down before he tried to reach for the bell, but Jayme grabbed a hold on his arm causing him to let out a groan and she let out a snarls before turning around as she was now the one trying to reach for the bell.
But he did the same thing she did and grabbed her arm before he pulled her back and the two threw punches at each which they both blocked.
But then he grabbed her arm before he flipped her over and onto the floor causing her to grunt.
Jayme let out a grunt as she got up while Ben was panting.
