Situational Turnabout

Third Person POV

Vita hummed carelessly as she was escorted into the Schicksal HQ. It was high security since they were, after all, former enemies.

"Hey, Kira-san, is there a need for so many high profile Valkyries to come and escort me?" Vita mused with a light giggle

"Shut up. We're only escorting you because of what you said." Kira snapped back, grumbling unhappily under her breath, "Damn it... Just when we thought it was the last time we would see her..."

"I know you caused trouble but I didn't know you caused that much trouble." Feiyun chuckled in amusement, "They totally hate you or at least, Shigure Kira hates you."

"I guess she has the right to hate me." Vita shrugged nonchalantly, "But still... Familiar faces?"

"Well, there's Durandal, Rita and Raven, so yeah, familiar faces. It's been awhile." Feiyun answered

"And it's been awhile since I had a voice in my head. You're less unpleasant than Sa at least." Vita chuckled inwardly

"I'll take that as a compliment."

After walking for a few more minutes in the vast hallway of the HQ, they finally took an elevator and reached one of the highest floors of the building, which contained a meeting room. Vita strides to the window to marvel at the view of the city below them.

"This is pretty impressive and huge." She gaped in awe

"The city has been undergoing major changes after the Great Eruption." Durandal explained before motioning to the chair at the end of the table that was closest to the door, "Your seat is here."

"Okay~"

Once she took her seat, she noticed that Durandal and Rita flanked her left and right but didn't say anything, understanding their tension and supervision. Before long, Theresa stepped in with Mei and Bronya in tow.

"Welcome to the main Schicksal HQ. So you're Vita?" Theresa questioned

"Yes! And who might you be?" Vita asks with a tilt of her head and a friendly smile

"... The Overseer, Theresa."

Everyone took their seats once they confirmed the presence of all the attendees, including those who were involved in the incident that happened in two different bubble worlds. Those that couldn't physically be there were projected in real-time by a familiar leaf.

"It's been awhile, Seele! Oh, that greeting is for both of you." Vita greeted lightheartedly

'Seele' clicks her tongue unhappily, "What are you even doing here, Vita?"

Vita sighed, shrugging her shoulders, "I've been saying it since we met. I'm just a messenger."

"For who? And why do you know that name?" Mei questioned

"Relax." Vita encouraged with a smile, "Well, just give me a second to collate the information for you."

"... So you're just giving the job to me?" Feiyun huffed, almost sounding like she wanted to complain

"You were the one who dragged me here with you!" Vita reminded her

"... Fine." Feiyun sighed, "You don't mind if we swap a little?"

"I would mind if you were Sa."

She hears a short chuckle from Feiyun before allowing her to swap consciousness, causing her usual magenta eyes to turn crimson red as Feiyun addressed those around the table.
