Third Person POV

Once again in a meeting room full of holograms, Guy sighed after hearing the updates from the others.

"I can't believe this." Guy grumbled, "We definitely got one-upped this time."

"Don't get discouraged." Mobius sighed as soon as she noticed Iris's changing expression, "You already said it yourself. Ivarage is too unpredictable so the plan had a chance of falling apart no matter how you look at it."

"How wise of you to say so, Dr. Mobius." (Expert) Vill-V said, turning her head away to prevent Mobius from seeing her amused expression, "Anyway, I'm not sure when Ivarage will begin moving again but is it safe to say that all human nations close to the battlefield have been evacuated to the labyrinth?"

Ramiris nodded to her question, "Yup! We've made it as livable as possible but I think we'll get complaints sooner or later."

"Oh, they have more than that to worry about." Luminas clicked her tongue, "We've been backed to a corner..."

"Ivarage sure is enjoying taking its time." Dagruel grunted

"It must be enjoying its new intelligence." Su stated with a sigh, "A creature that once only knew destruction is now aware of other things. Despair, confusion, chaos. Since it knows there are other ways to inflict different kinds of destruction to the world, it must want to try it."

"What was that last attack anyway?" Hinata questioned, "It was as if the world was working against us."

<My analysis has brought up little results. I suspect it was Ivarage using its Ultimate Skill, which we still have completely no idea about.>

Masayuki shivered upon recalling the feeling, even when it didn't last long, "The air grew so heavy that I couldn't even breathe... Never again..."

"Those from the Empire should retreat here as well." Veldora suggested immediately, "It's no use staying separated anymore."

"The Empire is still our homeland." Calgurio said with a hand to his chest, "We will continue to protect it so that our citizens can have a home to return to."

"So they said." Velgrynd continued, "I will stay here as well until we are needed again."

"I will stay here as well." Velzard added with a nod, "Mizeri aside, her subordinates were close to death when that phenomenon hit the world. It would have taken longer for us to get them back if they had died now."

"I have no objections." Iris added with a nod, "Ivarage is obviously playing around with us. I have no idea what it's trying to do. The movements so far have been too erratic. I don't want to risk things anymore."

"Then what about us, Kevin?" Aponia questioned their current leader, "Should we temporarily return to Tempest?"

"Stay at your stationed domains." Kevin answered easily, "If they want to protect their homes, then we will help as much as we can. Kalpas, Sakura. You two have been doing a good job keeping the labyrinth gates protected. Keep it up."

Kalpas huffed and cracked his knuckles, "This time, the labyrinth has completely become the safe haven for a lot of countries, so this might be fun!"

"It was a miracle that it managed to block off whatever Ivarage did." Sakura agreed with a nod, "Don't worry. We will continue to protect the civilization taking shelter here."

"Please take my people in too!" Milim joined in, "Frey and the others are being stubborn but this time I won't allow disobedience!"

Ramiris nodded to her request, "I'll open up another labyrinth floor for them, so arrange an evacuation as quickly as possible!"
