Monster girl was still confused, I have been a few weeks since she had her old body restored. She was grateful it was just taking some time to readjust it been awhile since she was that tall, so she kept tripping over her own legs.

She still didn't understand how Alex accomplished this. She tried looking everywhere for an answer in both science and magic, yet, somehow, some random guy managed to cure her flexion with nothing more than a quick injection of something.

It's not like she didn't trust Alex, it's just it was bizarre one minute she was looking like she was 12 or 11 now she's back to 23 she just wanted answers, and she tried to get Kate to let her talk to Alex, but apparently he was always busy

Busy doing what she did not know, nor did she care to know, partly because if the Dalek was any indication, Alex was the type of person to deal with world, ending threats, almost every day

She wasn't the only one looking for answers black, Sampson somehow managed to regain his powers, and the doctors were at a complete loss as to how, Sampson also realised he was a lot stronger than he was back in his prime. It could've perhaps been something that the Dalek did to him when he shot him, but he couldn't be sure. He was also hesitant about using his newfound powers, considering that they came from a death machine.

Many of the new guardians of the globe, except for Rex still had questions about Alex's origins. They knew he fought in the war, what's known as a time, or so, they were already clued into the fact that it was possibly a time travelling war, what they didn't understand is when Alex was talking about they said that everyone lost yet Alex was still there. What did he mean by that?

Rex on the other hand was still furious that he was on the bench all because he made one small, tiny mistake... Unleashing a death machine killed all of humanity, but how was he supposed to know it look like a talking dustbin to him at least that's what he was telling himself that it wasn't really his fault

He was also annoyed with the fact that no one seem to be celebrating monster girls return. Everyone seemed a little down in the dumps, and after all the effort he put into getting the party started.

Rex: come on guys, why we also down in the dumps monster comes back and she's in her original body we're all alive. Why are we celebrating?

Samson: because there's nothing to celebrate about Rex, you unleashed a death machine that nearly killed all of humanity and killed 30 people below, as they're still cleaning up the dead bodies

Rex: okay, that's a minor detail, but look at it this way if I didn't at least that talking dustbin, you wouldn't have gotten your powers back so win-win

Sampson crossed his arms: not a win-win Rex in the worst part is you don't even seem to notice the fact that you killed 30 people also has anyone else noticed that ever since we became the garden is the globe it's been mostly unbreakable saving the Earth

Monster girl agreed: yeah, I mean, we're supposed to be protectors of the Earth and yet it seems as if the new guy is doing more work than us... Seriously, why haven't we just let him join the guardians the global already?

Robot: that was already attempted, and he declined, then Cesartried to talk to his girlfriend to get him to join, but she said that it was not going to happen... our new orders are to stay out of unbreakable's way if we ever come across it, and if he asks to help we are to give it those are the direct orders from the government
