Allan not really sure how to answer his bosses question: well... Not exactly I don't exactly know how to put this but it turns out that the earth champion was viltrumite as well...

All of the council members gassed at this they never would've guessed that the Empire had already made its way all the way to earth Allan noticed how they were reacting and he knew they were only going to get worse as the next part of his explanation came along: the weird thing they weren't able to take over earth
