"She wanted the world in her eyes, and that was you."

"Hey, Harry." Cora Farraway's cheerful voice drifted over as she approached, her bright smile aimed at Harry. It was only the morning after the first task, and already people were treating Harry like a celebrity, as if they hadn't been sneering at him for weeks.
"Hey, Farraway," Jupiter interjected, answering for Harry just as he opened his mouth. She gave Cora a casual once-over, feeling a little too possessive, but she didn't care. Harry was hers—not in a dramatic, "claiming" way, but in the way that yesterday had confirmed something undeniable between them.
"Oh, erm... Hello, Lestrange," Cora's smile faded into a polite, slightly stiff one as she shifted her weight.
"Black," Jupiter corrected coolly, crossing her arms from her seat at the table and staring at Cora, unblinking.
"Sorry?"
"Not Lestrange. Black." The correction made Cora's eyes widen as the realization hit her.
"Oh, uh... alright, then..." Cora stammered, glancing nervously at the unyielding expression on Jupiter's face. "I'll, uh... see you around, then." She turned quickly on her heel and headed back to the Hufflepuff table, clearly uncomfortable.
"Mate, you need to calm down," Ron mumbled through a mouthful of porridge, raising an eyebrow.
"I need to calm down?" Jupiter scoffed, shooting him a look. "She needs to calm down! It's not like I was going to kill her."
"You were looking at her like it," Harry added with a shrug, the corner of his mouth quirking up in amusement.
"So? She deserved it."
"All she did was say hello," Hermione pointed out, looking faintly amused herself as she reached for a napkin to tidy up Ron's enthusiastic breakfast mess.
"Yeah, but she said it to Harry," Jupiter replied, as if that explained everything. She didn't miss the knowing look that both Ron and Hermione exchanged.
"Why does that matter, Jove?" Ron asked, a smirk creeping onto his face, his round cheeks practically glowing with suppressed laughter.
"I- er-" Jupiter stuttered, feeling her face warm as she caught Harry fighting back a grin beside her. His eyes sparkled as he stared at the ceiling, clearly enjoying the moment.
"I'm just protecting him," she muttered finally. "She only fancies him because he's famous."
"That's the only reason someone would fancy me?" Harry asked, lowering his gaze from the ceiling and giving her a playful smirk that made her stomach flutter in a most infuriating way.
