"I've always been afraid of losing the people I love. Sometimes I wonder if there is anyone out there who is afraid of losing me."

Overall, it was probably the worst practice the team had underwent, simply because of Ron. Jupiter loved the stupid red-head with her whole heart, but he was the sole reason that they would get absolutely flattened by Slytherin in the morning.
"I don't know what I'm gonna do," Harry sighed to Jupiter as they walked up to Gryffindor Tower together. They had intentionally left the locker rooms early so they wouldn't have to walk back with the rest of the team. "Ron's great when he's on form but..."
"But how often is he actually on form?" Jupiter questioned, a small sigh escaping her lungs as she pulled back the tapestry that hid their typical shortcut to the Gryffindor common room and climbed through the hole in the wall.
"Almost never," Harry said pitifully, starting to walk down the last corridor to the portrait hole.
Jupiter gripped his wrist and pulled him back to the side of the hall. "Wait," she said, moving to a slightly hidden corner. "Before we go up to the completely full common room... what was wrong in Herbology today?"
The color visibly drained from Harry's skin and he avoided her eyes as he shrunk his shoulders. "Er— I was just thinking..."
"I seriously doubt that," Jupiter interrupted half-jokingly, breaking Harry's nervous expression for a moment.
"Shut up," he muttered, fighting a smile as he rolled his eyes, then returned to his previous state of embarrassment. "I was just thinking about Ron and Hermione and how they... might start... I dunno, being more close than normal?"
"I thought you liked them together," Jupiter said, her head tilting to the side slightly.
"I do, don't get me wrong..." Harry quickly said, shaking his head. "I'm just worried about what'll happen if they don't work out... what if something happens and they never talk again? Or what if it goes too well and they become insufferable to be around? Or-"
"Harry, slow down," Jupiter huffed, cutting him off as she intertwined their hands. "How do you think they feel?"
"What?" Harry asked, her question taking him by surprise. "What'd you mean?"
"I mean... we're not exactly the most subtle couple to be around either..." Jupiter laughed softly, looking up at him with a slightly amused smile. "Hermione never says anything, but you and I both know how Ron feels about us. Imagine how they felt when we first started dating. They probably felt the exact same way as you."
Harry's mouth opened as if he wanted to argue, but nothing came out. He furrowed his brow, the realization settling over him. "I... didn't really think of it like that," he admitted, a sheepish smile tugging at the corner of his lips. "Guess I was too busy panicking."
