"I'd be his if he asked, but he never will."

The entrance hall was buzzing with energy as students crowded around the Goblet of Fire, eagerly watching to see who would throw their name in next. On the steps sat Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Jupiter, quietly observing the excitement swirling around them.

"Anyone put their name in yet?" Ron asked, breaking the silence as he glanced at his friends.

"Mostly everyone from Durmstrang," Jupiter replied, leaning back comfortably against the step behind her. "But I haven't seen anyone from Hogwarts yet."

"Bet some of them put it in last night after we'd all gone to bed," Harry sighed. "I would've if it had been me... Wouldn't have wanted everyone watching. What if the goblet just gobbed you right back out again?"

"I'd pay to see that," Jupiter laughed, and Harry shot her a playful glare from the other side of Hermione.

Their banter was interrupted by a loud cheer from across the hall. "Come on, Cedric!" A group of sixth-year Hufflepuffs had arrived, each of them pushing Cedric Diggory forward with eager grins, urging him toward the Goblet. Cedric paused in front of the flames, his face glowing in the blue light as he dropped his name into the cup. The hall erupted in applause, Hufflepuffs cheering and hugging him in celebration.

"Eternal glory," Ron sighed dreamily, staring at the Goblet. "Be brilliant, wouldn't it? Three years from now and we could've been chosen."

"Yeah, rather you than me," Harry laughed, shaking his head.

A sudden commotion at the entrance drew everyone's attention as Fred and George burst into the hall, each holding a small vial aloft and grinning with pride. The students turned, cheering and clapping as the twins strode confidently toward the Goblet.

"Well, lads, we've done it," George announced, looking delighted with himself.

"Cooked it up just this morning," Fred added with a wink. Both were clutching vials of a murky liquid—their homemade Aging Potion.

"It's not going to work," Hermione called in a sing-song voice, snapping her book shut as the twins loomed over her, both arching their eyebrows.

"Oh yeah? And why's that, Granger?" Fred asked, pretending to look hurt.

"You see this?" Hermione pointed to the faint white ring encircling the Goblet. "That's an Age Line. Dumbledore drew it himself."

"So?" George smirked.

"So a genius like Dumbledore couldn't possibly be fooled by something as pathetically dimwitted as an age potion," she huffed, crossing her arms as she stared them down.
