"Everything I was afraid of happening happened."

"How'd you know?" Harry asked Jupiter as they sat in Professor McGonagall's nearly empty classroom during Jupiter's 'detention'. Professor McGonagall was sitting at her desk, absently grading papers and blocking out the sound of their conversations. It was Jupiter's final detention with McGonagall, and she was sad to say that she would miss it. She planned on asking if she could continue them whenever she felt like it.

"Know what?" Jupiter asked, tossing him back the snitch Ginny had knicked for him off the Quidditch pitch during their last game. They had been playing catch with it, seeing as there wasn't much else to do during "detention."

"The day we got caught, in the Room of Requirement, right before Dobby came running in, you told me that we needed to stop practicing." He said, throwing the snitch up in the air then catching it. "You knew we were going to get caught. How?"

"Er- I don't really know," Jupiter shrugged, leaning back in her chair.

"There's got to be a reason, hasn't there?" Harry asked, furrowing his eyebrows as he let the snitch go. The wings sprouted from it, and it began to zoom around the classroom rapidly. "I mean, you do it all the time. You always know when something bad is about to happen."

"Potter," McGonagall said sharply, sending the snitch flying away from her desk with her wand. It had knocked several of her papers off onto the floor.

"Sorry, Professor," Harry said, reaching up at the perfect time; the snitch flew directly into his hand. He returned his attention to Jupiter. "Like, that one time during summer, you knew that Crookshanks was going to ruin Fred and George's ear."

"How do you remember that?" Jupiter scoffed.

Harry ignored her. "You knew that Scabbers wasn't really a rat too," he said slowly. "What else?"

Jupiter thought for a moment. "I suppose I knew that someone was going to die in the tournament. And I knew I shouldn't have left you with Cho in the room of requirement..."

There were other times as well, like how she felt extremely uncomfortable when she laid eyes on the locket in Kreacher's cupboard, and how she was incredibly nervous about leaving her father, but she didn't need to worry Harry with those.

"So..." Harry muttered, finally putting down the snitch and leaning forward, his arms crossing on her desk. "You've got seer powers or something?"

"No, absolutely not," Jupiter laughed dismissively. "I'm decent at Divination, but not that good."

"Then what?" Harry asked, furrowing his eyebrows. "You just know whenever something bad will happen, then?"

Her mind went to her father. If Harry was right, then she would be on the verge of tears. "Possibly?"
