"We must trust Dumbledore."
"I say it's time to take action."
"There's not much we can do."
"He sent Dementors to Harry! There's got to be something we can do!"
"Dumbledore knows best, Sirius."
"Shh! Keep your voices down!"
"He's getting stronger and stronger by the minute! We have to act now!"
Jupiter sat at the long wooden table in the dining room of Number Twelve Grimmauld Place, completely bored out of her mind as her dad and Remus argued with the rest of the Order.
It was safe to say that her dad had been arguing with the Order more than any others, first to get her to be a part of it, and now he would end up furious after any topic that involved Harry. (Which was most of them.)
Jupiter had grown extremely tired of listening to him fight Mrs. Weasley and Kingsley Shacklebolt, which is why she had suddenly gained a newfound interest when her dad stopped talking.
Shs looked up from the table, and locked eyes with the boy who had been her dreams' second favorite subject over the summer. (The first being Tom Riddle). She hadn't realized how much she had missed looking into his piercing green eyes until the moment she found him standing in the doorway with Moody and Tonks behind him. He had somehow grown, that's for certain, and his hair was (thankfully) no longer down to his chin. He had extremely messy and especially curly hair that was poorly cut by his aunt, yet she still wanted to feel his curls in between her fingers while she ran her hands through them.
She watched as two dimples became visible once he smiled at her. She felt her heart give a familiar flutter at the sight of the curve of his lips. She had barely gotten to write to him over the summer, and it had killed her.
"Harry!" Mrs. Weasley hurried in front of him, quickly cutting off their short-lived eye-contact as she shut the door.
"You all forget, Harry is the top priority." Remus argued, pulling the focus back to the dreadful argument. "If he isn't safe then the entire plan goes to hell."
Jupiter heard footsteps disappear up the creaky stairs as Mrs. Weasley quietly re-entered the dining room and shut the door.
"Dumbledore made the plan, Lupin." Snape sneered, sitting in his own remote corner of the room. "Think it wise to defy the man who's done so much for you?"
