Kakashi's Will of Fire P.4

Hey guys sorry I haven't posted for a while. Been so stressed with uni and exams. Plus I've started getting writers block on this and on my other story.

Kakashi gave Kara a reassuring squeeze on her hand before following Naruto in pursuit of Hiruko.

"You know, everything would have been sorted in exchange for my life," Kakashi said.

Kara's anger flared at Kakashi's words, her eyes shooting daggers at him. She yanked her hand away from his grasp, the hurt and betrayal evident in her expression. With a bitter laugh, she retorted, "Oh, how noble of you to make that sacrifice. But did you stop to think about the people you'd be leaving behind? Maybe we wanted you to stay with us, to fight alongside us, instead of making decisions on your own like you always do."

Her voice dripped with sarcasm as she watched Kakashi's mask of composure crack ever so slightly. The tension between them crackled like lightning in the air. She was done with being the one left behind, the one always picking up the broken pieces.

Kakashi said nothing in response, his gaze fixed on the ground. He couldn't deny the truth in her words, and the weight of her accusations was crushing.

"Kara-Sensei..." Naruto's voice cut through the silence, interrupting the tense moment between the two of them. He stepped forward, placing a hand on Kara's shoulder, his expression a mix of concern and determination. "You can rip Kakashi-Sensei a new one later, right now we need to take this guy down."

"Oh please this guy is so weak!" Kara snorted, rolling her eyes. She turned her attention back to Hiruko who was already in battle against Naruto. She took a deep breath, centring herself as she unleashed an angry stream of fire from her palms. Which Hiruko quickly absorbed using one of his four kekki genkai.

"Weak! So Weak!" Hiruko exclaimed, unleashing a torrent of attacks at Naruto, Kara and Kakashi. "Just give up Kakashi. Be absorbed by me!"

"You know, I'm getting pretty sick and tired of your obsession with my boyfriend!" Kara exclaimed, she channelled her celestial energy, propelling herself at triple her normal speed as she aimed a powerful punch directly at Hiruko.

The force sent a blow of shockwaves rippling through the air, but Hiruko managed to dodge at the last moment, narrowly avoiding her attack.

Hiruko let out an evil laugh, mocking Kara's attack. "Ha! You think you can defeat me with such an amateur move?" He summoned forth a powerful whirlwind, engulfing Kara and Kakashi in its chaotic fury.

Naruto used his Shadow Clone Jutsu, leaping into the fray and unleashing a barrage of Shadow Kunai at Hiruko.

As the battle raged on, Shikamaru's keen intellect honed in on a crucial weakness in Hiruko's defences. "Naruto! His chest," he called out to his comrades, his voice cutting through the chaos. "That's his weak spot. It's still hollow, the space he wants to assimilate Kakashi into."

The chimera beast was gaining the upper hand, causing Sakura, Sai, and Shikamaru to struggle in their fight against it. Its claws were massive and tore through the air with each swipe.

But just when they thought they might not make it, they heard the sound of footsteps approaching. The rest of the Konoha 11 had arrived, their determination evident in their eyes as they joined the battle.
