Emma's Pov
Minho was furious after what Gally had done to me. I felt awful because as hard as I tried to get him to stop I couldn't get him off. I watched as Alby and Thomas had to pry Minho off him. I had never seen him so mad. He took off towards the Maze. I had to go calm him down before he did anything stupid and hurt himself.
" Minho! Minho wait up! I need to talk to you! " I called after him. He ignored me. This really wasn't like him. After sprinting I finally caught up to him. I put a hand on his shoulder to stop him. Finally he stopped but he didn't turn around to meet my gaze.
" Babe? Are you mad at me?" I asked him the question that had been lingering in my mind.
"Mad at you? Shuck no. Completely disgusted and ready to kill that shank Gally? Definitely," He replied.
I breathed a sigh of relief. He looked so disheveled. I went up to him and flung my arms around his neck pulling him close to me. He returned the action and snaked his arms around my waist. His grip was so strong as if he was scared I would pick Gally over him.
" Babe, I'm yours. Nothing is going to change that. Ever," I whispered in his ear. This caused him to hug me even tighter. Suddenly I felt his tears catching on my shirt. " Why are you crying. "
" Everyday I'm terrified you'll leave me for one of the other Gladers and what if you realized Gally was better than me. He's here with you more often than me," He replied.
My heart broke hearing him say this. I pulled back and looked him in the eyes.
" I love you," I said gently placing my lips against his. That was the first time I had ever told him i loved him. I desperately hoped he felt the same way. He was stunned for a second before his lips twitched into a smile and kissed back.
" I love you too, " He replied. I felt a wave of relief and happiness wash over me.
" Now let's hey back in the Glade before the doors close."
