I knocked on the door and I peeked inside the bedroom. Caleb sat on the bed, facing the window with his head in his hands. I clenched my jaw and I walked in.

"Babe?" He didn't move. I approached him and I sat next to him.

"Are you okay?" I asked. He looked up at the stars and his face turned tomato red. I frowned and I turned him to me gently. He stared at me, studying my eyes and furrowing his brows.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I saw you out there with Liam." I clenched my jaw and I pulled away.

"Okay?" "He still loves you." "I can't do anything with that information, Caleb. I'm an engaged woman. To you."

He sighed and looked away. "I'm sorry. I just...I know he loves you. So much. And he treated you so badly in the past I-"

"Caleb, I wouldn't want anyone in the world to be my husband. I want you. It's always been you, Caleb. You know that."

He sighed. "Okay." He nodded. I looked out at the stars and I sighed. "We've been through hell together, Caleb. Done so many things no one's supposed to know. And I wouldn't trade all that for anyone else."

He nodded. "Okay. I'm sorry." I smiled and I took his hand in mine. "I know. Now. Come on, I'm starving."

He chuckled and he stood up. He hugged me tight and he made a small sound. I pulled away and I looked at his face. He had tears in his eyes and I frowned.

"Baby? What's wrong?" He shook his head.

"No. It's...stupid. I thought you might leave me after Liam and just..." I clenched my jaw and I cupped his cheeks.

"You know what I love most about you, Caleb? You care. So much. You love incredibly. And I wouldn't want anyone else. We have a life together. We have a future. We got that whole trip to your mom and tell her to suck a dick, we got the Spain vacay, we got a whole life to live now."

He chuckled and nodded. I wiped his tears away and I tilted my head.

"No one is you, Caleb. You are mine. And I am yours. Wasn't that the deal?" He nodded. I smiled. "Good. Come." I wrapped my arms around him again and he buried his face in my hair.

"I love you, Caleb."

"I love you too, Coco."

We walked down stairs and we sat down for dinner.

"Oo! Nina, this all looks amazing!" I said, staring at the lamb chops in front of me. "Well, I had to do something nice." She winked. I smiled and I looked around the room.

Caleb and Elora sat next to me and I nudged El. "Hey, how are you doing?"

"Pretty good. I'm happy for you, Cora. I can't believe we get to stay here." "Well, I wanted to surprise you." I grinned. She smiled and took my hand.

"Thank you, Cora. For everything. And I know there's gonna be a lot more to do but I'm thankful in advance." I chuckled. "Of course, kid."

She smiled.

Kelsie sat next to her parents and Liam. He stared at me and I smiled back, not drawing too much attention that could hurt my fiancé.

I smiled at Kelsie and she shook her head. "I can't believe this is happening. Look, Liam and I are in college and you guys are married and have jobs. That's...another version of us."

I laughed. "Well, it's a tragedy what happened but it led to something beautiful, trauma aside." I grinned.

They laughed and Nina sat down.
