Soon enough, the rainy days end and the snow starts to fall upon the streets of London. Ciel's birthday is approaching fast, and so he is visited by Lady Elizabeth more than often. With her apologizing profusely for the previous breaking of his ring. Only to be stopped as he shows that Sebastian had recovered it. She plans for him to have a party, for the 14th. His birthday not exactly an event he would like to celebrate. As it is the day of the tragic incident, but he conforms to his fiancée's whims. Often hiding in his study under the guise of "work" related matters.

Ciel watches from his window, as _________ is busy tending to the garden below. He opens the window a tad, allowing the afternoon breeze to brush by. Watching his beloved servant/friend(?) work. Their voice oh so sweet in his ears as _________ sings a small tune...

______ does an adorable little twirl, their uniform and apron fluttering along with their movements. Looking so lovely as the snow falls around them, the soft (color) of their top shining with the light.

Ciel leans against the window frame, his eyes fixed on ________ as they tend to the garden below. The sight of them brings a warmth to his heart, their voice like a soothing melody that washes over him. He can't help but be captivated by their presence, their energy, and the way they effortlessly bring light into his world. As _______ twirls and sings, Ciel's lips curl into a small smile, a rare display of genuine happiness on his usually composed face. He watches them with a mix of adoration and amusement, the snowflakes falling around them like a picturesque scene.

"Viewing our darling time-traveler again, my Lord?"

"Silence Sebastian."

He can't deny the effect ________ has on him. _________ brings a certain joy and lightness to his life that he never expected. And in that moment, he feels a sense of longing, a desire to be closer to them, to hold them in his arms.

But he knows the boundaries that exist between them. He's engaged to Lady Elizabeth, bound by duty and responsibility. And _________... deserves someone who can offer them a future, someone who can give them the love and happiness _______ deserves. For a fleeting moment, Ciel entertains the thought of joining them. But he quickly pushes that thought away, reminding himself of the duties and constraints that bind him. Instead, he watches them from afar, cherishing the sight of their happiness and the melody that brings the world to life. He knows that amidst the chaos and darkness that surrounds them, _____'s presence is a small glimmer of light, a ray of hope that keeps him going. And so, he continues to observe them, the lyrics of her song permeating his thoughts, and his heart yearning for a connection that may forever remain unspoken. He takes a deep breath, gathering his courage before calling out to them, his voice carrying a mix of fondness and teasing.

"_______," he begins, a playful sparkle in his eyes, "Enough of your antics down there. Come inside, the snow is freezing and I don't want you catching a cold."

Then of course, Sebastian smirks, chiming in, voice laced with a hint of mischief. "Of course, if you refuse Miss/Sir(?) ________ I might just have to drag you in myself for the young master."

"Ah nope- Dragged? No- I'm good here, be there in a sec!" _________ stumbles, rushing to get back inside the manor at the butler's words. Their frantic return making the young lord chuckle...

He's busy, Christmas or Birthday or whatever the occasion he must focus on work. He can't allow himself to be swayed, however with ________ that's an entirely different story. Speaking of which, she hasn't been around much due to tending to his fiancé's needs. Ever diligent and sure to be a good maid to his betrothed despite their clashing personalities. Ciel watches __________'s hurried return with a raised eyebrow, amusement twinkling in his eyes. He can't help but admire their dedication to their duties, even if it means rushing indoors to fulfill his whims.

As Lady Elizabeth continues to make herself at home in the manor, preparing for his birthday, Ciel's focus remains firmly on his work. He busies himself with paperwork and various tasks, doing his best to tune out the noise and distractions around him. But despite his attempts to bury himself in his responsibilities, Ciel can't help but feel a pang of longing for _________s presence. He misses their cheerful laughter, their gentle voice, and the way They always manages to brighten his day.

With a sigh, Ciel sets his pen down and pushes his chair back from the desk. He stands, stretching his stiff muscles before making his way towards the door. As he walks through the manor, the faint sounds of Lady Elizabeth's laughter and ______'s quiet footsteps reach his ears. _______, caught up in their duties as always, has been devoting themself to Lady Elizabeth's every need. Ciel finds himself torn between appreciating their loyalty and wanting them by his side. He understands the obligations _____ must fulfill, but it doesn't stop the ache in his chest.

Determined to spend some time with ________ and reclaim their attention, Ciel makes his way towards the hallway and out the manor, Sebastian in tow. Towards the garden where he's sure his fiancé and servant would be.

The two make their way over to where the gazebo is with a hint of excitement. But Ciel freezes in place when they near the area. Sebastian moving them both back a bit to hide from sight. Ciel finding his fiancé Elizabeth and ________ there, speaking? Or something, he doesn't want to eavesdrop but he finds himself concerned as he sees the lady's face contort with anger and obvious annoyance...

"...should know your place, servant," Lady Elizabeth's voice drips with disdain, her words laced with venom. Oh no, this can't be good...
