Sebastian approaches ________ with a raised eyebrow, a subtle smirk forming on his lips. He glances down at _________, intertwining their fingers, and leans in closer to speak in a low, sultry voice, his breath hot against _________'s ear*

"Well, well, it seems our young master's weakness has been revealed," Sebastian says, a mischievous glint in his crimson eyes "Asthma attacks, how inconvenient." ________ blushes slightly, feeling a shiver run down their spine at Sebastian's close proximity. They nod, their voice a mere whisper as they respond. "Yeah, asthma is quite tricky to handle.."

Sebastian chuckles softly, the sound sending a delightful wave of heat through ________'s body. "Indeed, my dear ________."

As _________ blushes deeper, trying to ignore the demon's insinuations. Sebastian questions this however as this is the first time he has seen Ciel in this condition and he has been with him for three years. Doctor says that if he hasn't had this condition for three years, it's considered recovery. However, if you have a haphazard chill or time of stress, it can abruptly come back. Sebastian says that he has seen him suffered from a cold once or twice though it was never this severe and hypothesizes that it occurred this time because of the main causes coincided together.

Doctor says that it's natural for him to get a cold since he went bathing with brutish people and Ciel regains consciousness. Sebastian gives him something to drink as Doctor infers he has had bad asthma when he was very young and he should be careful since there are cases where people have died from it. Ciel muses to himself that in the present, he sees Doctor, ________ and Doll there instead in contrast to last time where his aunt, mother, and Elizabeth was there.

_________ , having knowledge past this age on asthma gets Sebastian to give them a cup of hot water, and some paper. Having Ciel breathe in the steam to relieve his lungs and allow him to breathe. Making sure he also sweats a good bit, for the irritating illness to subside a good bit.

_________ finishes taking care of the earl, their voice trailing off into a gentle silence. She looks down at Ciel, their eyes filled with warmth and concern. ________ reaches out, gently brushing a strand of hair away from his face, their touch soft and comforting.*

Ciel's eyes slowly flutter closed, his body finally succumbing to the soothing sound of _________'s voice and the warmth of their presence. His breathing steadies, becoming more relaxed as he listens intently to her lullaby. The softness of her voice, the tenderness in her touch, it all brings a sense of peace and comfort to his weary soul.

________ continues to care for him, her voice wrapping around him like a gentle embrace as they explain to Sebastian about asthma and such. The weight of his burdens momentarily lifted, he finds solace in their words, in their shared moments of vulnerability and understanding. As _________ finishes their explanation, Ciel's lips curl into the faintest of smiles, his fatigue momentarily forgotten. He reaches out, his hand seeking theirs, intertwining their fingers in a silent gesture of gratitude and affection. ________'s presence has become a solace, a safe haven in the chaos that surrounds him. In her, he finds refuge from the burdens of his duties and the weight of his past. With her, he can be vulnerable, allowing himself to lean on them for support.

Ciel drifts off to sleep, lulled by ___________'s gentle words and the feeling of their presence beside him. As he dreams, memories and fragments of their time together flash through his mind. In the sick tent once again, Ciel wakes up to find _________ sleeping beside him, their hand holding his tightly as their head lays on the side of the bed. White sheets contrasting with their light/dark(?) hair. Looking ever peaceful. He thinks to himself that now it's him with the sleeping problem and calls for Sebastian. He traces words on Sebastian's palm since he's unable to speak, informing him to go to the crest office to find out who owns that seal and to come get him in the morning. Sebastian takes the moment to tease him, stating he will not tell Elizabeth Midford that he shared a bed with another. Ciel is embarrassed that Sebastian would even tease him like that. And says this has happened before, telling the demon to dare not fuss about it. As no one needs to know, especially not his supposed fiancé.

Sebastian wakes Ciel up later on after his tasks have been completed and checks to see how his fever is, remarking that it has lowered considerably. Ciel says he felt better than yesterday but not entirely well either and comments that Lumine is gone, presumably for breakfast. Sebastian hands him some water and Ciel notices his gloves are gone and inquires about it as he can see Sebastian's black nails and seal of the contract. The butler simply says that he has gotten them a little dirty. Ciel moves on and questions if Sebastian completed his task, and Sebastian says there is no need for them to remain at the circus any longer.

Sebastian carries Ciel outside, meeting up with a rather pissy Alois and and tired ________. During their departure they encounter William and Sebastian informs that they have finished their business here and will excuse themselves now. William notes that he has no interest in where they go as long as they go since he can move around at ease.

"Tsk, that stupid glasses looking thing. Is he also?"

"Nah, he's a grim reaper actually"

"What ___________? Are you going to tell me fairies are real next?"
