Ciel's frustration simmered beneath the surface as he listened to Edward's harsh words. The betrayal stung, but Ciel was determined not to let it deter him. He had come too far and worked too hard to let one setback ruin his plans.

Sebastian, ever the attentive butler, watched Ciel closely, his crimson eyes filled with concern. "My Lord, perhaps it would be wise to reconsider our approach," he suggested, his voice laced with caution. "Maurice has proven himself to be quite cunning, and it would be unwise to underestimate him."

Ciel clenched his fists, his eyes narrowing with determination. "No, Sebastian," he replied firmly, his voice filled with resolve. "I will not let Maurice's deceit go unpunished. I refuse to let him tarnish my hard work and reputation."

Alois chimed in, a wicked smile playing on his lips. "Oh, Ciel, I love how fierce you can be," he said, his voice filled with admiration. "Let's turn the tables on Maurice and show him just how cunning we can be."

Ciel nodded, a gleam of determination in his eyes. "Indeed, Alois," he replied, his voice filled with determination. "Sebastian, I want you to gather information on Maurice. Find out who else has fallen victim to his deceit and gather evidence of his dirty methods," Ciel commanded, his voice laced with authority.

Sebastian bowed his head, his eyes glinting with a sadistic delight. "As you wish, my Lord," he replied, his voice filled with a malicious undertone. "I shall expose Maurice's true nature and bring him to justice."

With a plan in motion, Ciel, Alois, Claude, and Sebastian set out to gather evidence and expose Maurice's deceit. They approached students who had been deceived by Maurice, carefully coaxing them to share their experiences.

As Sebastian went about his investigation, Ciel and Alois focused on formulating a strategy. Ciel's mind raced as he thought of the perfect way to confront Maurice and bring his deception to light.

Alois, always the impulsive one, grinned mischievously. "Ciel, why don't we turn the tables on Maurice during the next Swan Gazebo gathering?" he suggested, his voice filled with excitement. "We can unveil his true colors in front of everyone."

Ciel's eyes lit up with a devious gleam. "That's an excellent idea, Alois," he replied, his voice filled with anticipation. "We'll expose Maurice's lies and manipulations in front of the prefects and their fags. He won't know what hit him."

Sebastian returned with a wealth of information, his eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "My Lord, it seems that Maurice has a long history of deceit," he reported, his voice tinged with amusement. "Several students have come forward, sharing their experiences of being tricked by him."

Ciel nodded, a smirk playing on his lips. "Perfect," he said, his voice filled with satisfaction. "We have all the evidence we need to bring Maurice down and reclaim our honor."

The day of the next Swan Gazebo gathering arrived, and Ciel, Alois, and Sebastian prepared themselves for the confrontation ahead. Ciel donned his most dignified attire, his eyes burning with a fierce determination. Alois stood by his side, his gaze filled with mischief and excitement..

Claude discretely followed Maurice and interrogated various students who might have been tricked by Maurice, he speaks to Joanne Harcourt who was deceived in the same manner as Ciel and Alois. At the end of the day, Claude reports the rest of the identified four students that have fallen victim to Maurice, and learned that Maurice leaves all of his fag work to others to complete. With Ciel wanting to track Maurice's activity at Red House, Alois doing just that... At night, McMillan comes over to Ciel's bed and asks him what happened. When Ciel informs him about Maurice's deliberate misstatement of the time, McMillan offers to testify for Ciel, as he was present when Maurice told him the time; he would also gather other witnesses.
