The following morning, Sebastian, Ciel, and ________ attend the Frozen Fair, which is held on the River Thames in winter. Where if ______ remembers properly, Lady Elizabeth and Paula are present too. Oh how ________ hopes they can catch at least a glimpse of them, as they really want to make-up with the noble lady for their last little squabble regarding the former's fiance's affections. Fred Abberline reveals to Ciel that a man's corpse was found under the river and that he had stolen an extremely valuable ring. Lau overhears their conversation and comments on the diamond, but then reveals he knows nothing about it. Ciel tells him that the Shard of Hope comes from the Hope Diamond and that there are two in the world.

They move on to see Undertaker, who apparently set up a shop on the ice due to the high fatalities from frostbite. He shows that the ring has been incorporated into an ice statue. However, before it can be removed, the judges of an ice sculpture contest stop them, saying the statue will be given to the winner. Ciel agrees that he will win it in a contest, and Fred mistakenly spills the information that the ring is evidence for a string of kidnappings. Ciel orders Sebastian to enter the contest and win. They find that the Irish men responsible for the theft of the ring, also enter

"Looks like we've got 'competition'... F em up Sebs"

"Understood"

Ciel's eyes narrow as he takes in the information about the stolen ring and the ice sculpture contest. He glances at _______, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Look ________, it seems we have some unexpected competition," he says, a sly smile playing on his lips. "But don't worry, I have a plan."

Ciel turns to Sebastian, his voice filled with determination. "Sebastian, I want you to give it your all in this contest. Show them what you're capable of. We cannot afford to lose that ring."

Sebastian nods, his eyes gleaming with confidence. "Of course, young master. I will make sure we come out on top."

Sebastian of course with his skills, makes an excellent recreation of Noah's Ark. When it is clear that Sebastian will win, the thieves strap a bomb to the leader and threaten the fair-goers. When Ciel calls his bluff, the boss begins throwing dynamite around, but all it does is shatter the ice, pulling them down into the river. The audience is shocked when Sebastian, Ciel and _______ appear on the Ark.

Ciel, still on the ark, then complains that Sebastian's method of resolving the problem was violent. The sculpture then sinks to the bottom of the river as Ciel says, "The Hope piece will sleep at the bottom of the Thames..."

However, the thieves survive the explosion, and Fred pulls them out of the river before they freeze to death. And by the end of it, _______ still unfortunately doesn't find the Lady...

Lady Elizabeth and Paula soon arrive at Phantomhive Manor the next days to properly celebrate Ciel's birthday. When she hands over her present, she notices that Ciel has his family ring back. So, she takes back the present and she and Paula leave. Before that however, _________ insisted that they accompany the Lady Elizabeth home. Much to Ciel's chargin, he agrees.

Sebastian asks if they should have a party for Ciel's birthday, but Ciel declines, finding the memories of finding his parents dead in their burning home on his tenth birthday to be too painful. Paula, _______ and Lady Elizabeth are stuck in traffic when the Shard of Hope glows. Elizabeth looks outside and sees a puppet-like man playing a music box and he disappears. Enchanted, she leaves the carriage. However, by the time Paula notices this, Elizabeth and ________ are long gone.

"My lady please, come back! Stop running..!!" ________ calls out, but her cries fall on deaf ears*

Elizabeth follows the music to a doll shop, where she finds this puppet-like man, who tells her the Shard of Hope does not want her as its master. He tells her, though, that her eyes are filled with melancholy, making her tear up as ________ finally catches up to her, and tries to get her away.

"Lady Elizabeth trust me when I say this person is dangerous, please, we need to leave now.."

"I don't trust witches, leave me alone..!"

_______'s heart races as she watches Lady Elizabeth become enchanted by the puppet-like man and follows him into the doll shop. She quickly moves to catch up, her voice filled with concern and urgency.

"Lady Elizabeth, please listen to me! This man is not to be trusted. We need to leave before something bad happens," _______ pleads, their voice trembling with worry.

But Lady Elizabeth's tearful eyes are filled with stubbornness and suspicion. She pushes _________ away, her voice laced with frustration. "I don't need your help, servant! I can take care of myself. Just go away!"

_________'s heart sinks as they watch Lady Elizabeth reject them, eyes filled with sadness. ________ knows they can't force her to leave, but they can't just leave her alone either.

"I understand your wariness, Lady Elizabeth. But please, consider your safety. Let me at least stay by your side and ensure that nothing bad happens to you," _______ implores, their voice filled with genuine concern.

"Do what you please, but I will not listen to the musings of a witch"

"Listen, I know we got off on the wrong foot. But I promise I'm just trying to help.."

"Help? All you've done is take my Ciel away from me! And I had thought I'd finally found something to make him smile. It just doesn't work..!"

Lady Elizabeth hesitates for a moment, her tear-stained face showing a mix of vulnerability and defiance. She explains to the man instead, what she was doing with the ring.

"Something different; a precious present for a precious person..." The puppet-like man speaks, making ________ warily try to keep the Lady Elizabeth a good distance away. "The most suitable thing would be..."

"You yourself."
