Some time passes by and yet another rainstorm has come upon the Phantomhive manor. ________ is yet again terrified of this, huddling up in their room under the covers. Alois had decided to visit earlier in the day and asked why he hasn't seen his precious _______ all day. And so is now rushing to the servant's room to see them. And as soon as the blonde earl opens the door, he sees _______, hidden under their covers, trembling like a leaf. Despite Ciel and cos many protests to not enter the room, Alois just doesn't listen. Instead being met with the sight of poor _______ flinching and shivering every time thunder strikes.
"__________, are you alright?? I'm so sorry, I just wanted to see you- I didn't know you were this scared of storms..." Alois apologizes, walking over to the bed, and placing a hand on ______'s shoulder as a form of comfort. _______ shakes their head, muttering out, "It's okay" before clutching their knees to their chest more.
Hannah, who had accompanied the earl Trancy walks over as well, equally as worried for the servant as her master. "Is this always what happens during these times?"
"N-Not always, sometimes Sebs or C would come over to keep me company..."
"Is the sound your fear? Or..."
"Everything Hans, Everything..."
"Oh sweet child..." Hannah scoots a tad closer to _______, holding them close to their chest and allowing the other servant to lean on them for comfort. Alois sitting nearby as Hannah begins to hum a tune to calm _______ down more. The sound of the demoness's voice soothing them, the hold just like a blanket, warm and comforting...
Ciel, who had been nearby, witnessing the scene unfold, couldn't help but feel a pang of annoyance at Alois's intrusion. But as he observed the genuine concern on the blonde earl's face and the soothing presence of Hannah, a flicker of sympathy crossed his features. He couldn't deny the fragility of _______ in that moment, visibly shaken by their fear.
Ciel took a step forward, his voice laced with an unusual softness. "Alois, Hannah, I believe it's best if we allow _______ some space. They need time to calm down and recover from their anxiety."
Alois looked up at Ciel, his eyes filled with a mixture of concern and gratitude. "You're right, Ciel. I just... I didn't want them to be alone in this state. I wanted to help."
Ciel's gaze softened, his voice gentle. "I understand, Alois. But sometimes, giving someone space is the best form of help. Let _______ gather their strength and find solace in their own time."
Hannah nodded in agreement, her hold on _______ remaining steady and supportive. "You're wise beyond your years, Young Master. Sometimes, all we can do is offer ourpresence and support from a distance."
Alois sighed, his shoulders slumping slightly. "You're right, Ciel. I just... I worry about them. They're like family to me, and seeing them like this breaks my heart."
Ciel's expression softened further, a rare display of empathy. "I understand your concern, Alois. Believe me, I do. But _______ is strong, and they have overcome many challenges before. They will find their way through this as well."
Hannah's soothing hum continued to fill the room, the melodic sound wrapping around _______ like a gentle embrace. Slowly, _______'s trembling began to subside, their breathing steadying as they found comfort in the presence of their companions.
Ciel watched as _______ gradually relaxed, a sense of relief washing over him. Perhaps, despite their differences, he and Alois shared a common goal - to protect those they cared about. And in that moment, Ciel couldn't deny that Alois's genuine concern had touched him.
"I will be leaving _______ in your capable hands for now, Alois," Ciel stated, his voice holding a note of trust. "I trust that you and Hannah will continue to offer them the support they need" Alois nodded, a renewed determination shining in his eyes. "Thank you, Ciel. I won't let you down. I'll make sure _______ feels safe and supported."
Ciel gave a small nod in acknowledgment before turning to leave the room. As he walked away, a myriad of emotions swirled within him. It was a rare sight to witness _______ in such a vulnerable state, and it reminded him of the fragility of those around him. Ciel knew that he had a responsibility to protect and care for his servants, even if it meant putting aside his own pride and prejudices.
In the following days, Alois and Hannah continued to provide a comforting presence for _______. Alois would often join _______ during their duties, offering kind words and encouragement, while Hannah would check in on them regularly, ensuring their well-being. Slowly but surely, _______ began to regain their composure, their fear of storms slowly subsiding with the unwavering support from their newfound allies.
As the storm raged outside the Phantomhive manor, __________'s fear gripped them tightly, squeezing their heart with memories of past trauma. Seeking solace, they sought refuge in Hannah's embrace and clung to Alois's comforting words, hoping to find some respite from the storm both outside and within.
But as lightning flashed and thunder boomed, __________'s mind couldn't help but drift back to the days when storms were not just a display of nature's power but a harbinger of their father's cruelty. The memories filled their thoughts, haunting them with vivid recollections of abuse and fear.
The echoes of their father's voice reverberated in their mind, the sound of his drunken slurs and the sting of his striking hand. Each thunderclap seemed to mimic the resounding impact of his anger, and each flash of lightning illuminated the pain they had endured.
The presence of Hannah and Alois provided a glimmer of comfort, but the scars of the past couldn't be erased so easily. They trembled in Hannah's embrace, seeking solace in her warmth, while Alois whispered words of reassurance, reminding them that they were safe now.
But despite the genuine care and affection surrounding them, the fear persisted, its grip unyielding. __________'s heart raced with each crack of thunder, their breaths coming in shallow gasps. The safety they longed for seemed elusive, overshadowed by the haunting memories that clawed at their mind.
Hannah held __________ tighter, her soothing voice murmuring words of comfort against their ear. "It's alright, my dear. You're safe here. I won't let anything harm you. The storm will pass, just like the storms of the past."
Alois, too, tried to offer solace, his voice gentle and empathetic. "I understand your fear, __________. But remember, you're not alone anymore. We're here for you, and we won't let anyone hurt you. You're stronger than you think."
But the trauma seeped through the cracks in __________'s facade, their fear overriding the words of reassurance. They clung to Hannah and Alois, their trembling body a testament to the deep wounds that still lingered.
The storm outside raged on, the wind howling and rain pelting against the windows. Every flash of lightning illuminated the room, casting eerie shadows that danced with their memories. The thunder roared, echoing the pain they had endured...
"No one's gonna hurt me.... right...?"
